Welcome back.

Today,

We'll explore a visualization meditation to empower you to overcome avoidance and procrastination so you can take action on a choice you've been wanting to make.

First,

Let's come into a comfortable seated position.

As you exhale,

Relax the whole of your body down onto the seat that is supporting you.

And as you inhale,

Welcome a feeling of spaciousness and a sense that you are being held,

You are being supported through this difficult decision.

If your eyes are open and if it feels alright for you,

Let them gently half or fully close and guide your awareness inwards,

Connecting with this decision that you've been deliberating over.

With every exhale,

Allow the weight of your body to settle down onto your seat,

Feeling the support of the seat and the sound of my voice.

And with every inhale,

Guide your awareness upwards and let it linger at the space between your eyebrows.

Exhaling,

Relaxing down.

Inhaling,

Letting your awareness saturate and stay at the space between your eyebrows.

Exhaling to release,

To settle.

And inhaling,

Connecting with the space between your eyebrows.

With your next inhale,

Now breathe in through your nostrils and visualize two golden threads reaching and merging at your third eye,

Forming the pinnacle of a golden triangle.

And now as you exhale,

Imagine you breathe out from this pinnacle at your third eye,

Through your nostrils,

All the way to the bottom,

The base of your body and even further down into the earth,

Forming the base of this golden triangle.

Inhaling from the base,

Through your nostrils,

All the way up to the pinnacle at your third eye.

And exhaling from this pinnacle at your third eye,

Through your nostrils,

All the way down to the earth.

Continue like this for the next three breaths at your own pace.

As you continue with this breathing technique,

Connect with this triangle.

In many cultures,

The triangle with the number three represents perfectness,

Unity and importance.

It is the strongest unit.

And the point of connection with your third eye,

The pinnacle of this triangle,

Is where you receive and align with your deep-rooted intuition.

From here,

Imagine a projector,

Projecting an image through your mind's eye.

Through your mind's eye,

See and feel yourself taking action on the choice you have made.

Perhaps you've decided to end a toxic relationship,

Or maybe you want to apply for a new job.

Or perhaps you are taking action to initiate a difficult but important conversation with someone you care about.

Whatever choice you've made,

See yourself,

Feel yourself taking action on this choice.

See and feel yourself as you engage in this action.

Watch it unfold as if it were a movie,

But one in which you are the protagonist of the story that is your life.

See,

Feel and sense it in first person,

As if you are experiencing here,

Now,

This action that you are taking.

See,

Feel and sense it clearly with all of your senses.

Visualize that the action is now complete and that you took action based on your choice.

Now imagine that it is 10 days after you made this decision and took action.

For example,

If you've been trying to decide whether to move house,

Imagine it's 10 days since you moved house.

If you've decided to end a relationship,

It would be 10 days after the relationship has ended.

Whatever situation you are in,

Imagine and see yourself 10 days after you've made the decision and taken the action that reflected your choice.

Mindfully observe how you feel having made this choice.

Does it feel right or not?

See,

Feel and sense it clearly with all of your senses.

Now,

Imagine it is 10 months after you've made this decision and taken action.

How have your actions impacted you and your life?

Take a couple of moments to mindfully observe how you feel now,

10 months on,

After making this choice and taking action.

Does it feel right or not?

See,

Feel and sense it clearly with all of your senses.

Now,

Imagine it is 10 years after you've made this decision.

How has this decision and your actions impacted you and your life?

Take the next couple of moments to mindfully observe how you feel from inside,

Having made this choice and taken action in alignment with the choice you've made.

Does it feel right or not?

See,

Feel and sense it clearly with all of your senses.

And now,

Please take a moment to allow yourself to travel back and arrive in this present moment.

How do you feel about this choice?

Does it feel right or not?

Take the next moments to connect fully and allow any images,

Words,

Feelings,

Thoughts,

Anything else to surface.

Perhaps it feels right and you know that this is your choice moving forward.

If this is the case,

See yourself taking action.

See yourself taking steps,

However small,

That bring you towards the direction that is right for you.

See and feel yourself confident and clear,

Taking the very first next step.

And instead,

If this choice you originally considered doesn't feel right,

It doesn't feel in alignment,

Then welcome this newfound realization to reconsider your choices.

See and feel yourself reviewing your possible options,

Reconsidering how you might move forward.

See yourself taking your first next step,

However small that might be.

Let's now take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

A deep breath in to connect with your intuition and a long breath out to release any judgment,

Self-criticism,

Fear or worry.

A deep breath in,

Allowing your intuition to bring forth insight.

And a long breath out to release any worries,

Any stagnation,

Anything holding you back from your first next step.

And with your next inhale,

Connect with your third eye as you ask yourself this question.

What is my first next step?

Allow yourself to be still.

Go quiet and let the answer reveal itself.

Just as a reflection in the water clarifies,

The more still the water is.

As you receive the answer for your question,

Through your mind's eye,

See and feel yourself taking that action,

As if you are taking that action here,

Right now.

Feel and see it happening at this moment and feel and see your action rippling out into the world.

Feel light and free now that you've taken action.

There is nothing,

No one holding you back.

Feel at peace and at ease.

You are ready,

Ready to allow the action to pass through you.

Ready to take your first next step.

If and when you feel ready,

Slowly and gently allow your eyes to blink open.

And now,

With peace,

With ease and clarity,

Take your first next step.

Don't hesitate or wait until later.

Take action now and make your first next step.
