Explore MeditationFlorian is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher who has been practicing mindfulness for over 15 years. Having studied under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, he received his certificate as mindfulness meditation teacher from UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center. He has sat retreats and meditated with teachers in the US and Europe, including Diana Winston, John Peacock and Christina Feldman. Florian has been teaching meditation and mindfulness in San Francisco, London and Stockholm, in both corporate and retreat settings. His main focus is on developing a stronger connection to the present moment and expanding the space that lies between a stimulus and our response to it.
