Come to find you a comfortable seat.
You may sit on a cushion,
Sit against a wall or on a chair.
Allow yourself to settle,
Feeling the feet in contact with the earth,
The sitting bones grounding to the earth,
Noticing the weightiness of your pelvis.
And feel the belly rising and falling with the inhalation and the exhalation.
And feeling the chest opening on the in-breath and softening on the out-breath.
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your face,
Your jaw,
And feel the crown of your head extending up towards the sky.
Noticing the coming and going of your breath,
The natural rhythm of your breath without trying to control or manipulating or fix anything.
And just surrender to the natural flow of your breathing and be in touch with the experience.
Noticing the beginning,
The middle,
And the end of the inhalation,
The pause between your breaths,
The beginning,
The middle,
And the end of the exhalation,
The pause at the end of the exhale.
Bring the light of your attention to the breath without becoming rigid.
So it's a relaxed and alert attention.
Noticing the quality and the texture of your breath.
And bring your awareness to your lower belly,
The space between your navel and the pubic bone.
Narrow your attention to the belly area.
With your undivided attention there,
Visualize you're forming a pearl-sized crystal light in the belly.
You can even swirl the belly.
Now on your in-breath feeling the crystal light moving through the right side channel to the crown of your head,
To the third eye.
And on the exhale,
The crystal light moving down through the right side channel into your belly.
Again on your inhale,
The crystal light moving through the right side channel to the crown of your head,
To the third eye.
And exhale,
The crystal light moving through the crown of your head,
Down through the right side channel into your belly.
Inhale,
The crystal light moving through the right side channel to the crown of your head,
To the third eye.
Exhale,
The crystal light moving through the crown of your head,
Down to the right side channel to your belly.
Repeating this three more times,
Cleansing the right side channel,
Releasing any hatred,
Aversion or resistance.
Now we're moving to the left side.
Visualize the crystal light moving through the left side channel,
Through the crown of your head,
To the third eye.
And exhale,
The crystal light moving through the crown of your head,
Down the left side channel to the belly.
And inhale,
The crystal light moving through the left side channel to the crown of your head,
To the third eye.
And exhale,
The crystal light moving through the crown of your head,
Left side channel to the belly.
Again,
Inhale,
The crystal light moving through the left side channel to the crown of your head,
To the third eye.
Exhale,
The crystal light moving through the crown of your head,
Down through the left side channel into the belly.
Three more times in your own time.
Cleansing the left side,
Feminine side of the body.
Releasing any aggression,
Toxic desire,
Clinginess.
Then moving through the central channel on your in-breath,
Feeling the crystal light moving through the central channel to the crown of your head,
To your third eye.
Exhale,
The crystal light moving through the crown of your head,
Down through the central channel,
Returning to the belly.
Again,
Inhale,
The crystal light moving through the central channel to the crown of your head,
To the third eye.
Exhale,
The crystal light moving through the crown of your head,
Down through the central channel,
Return to the belly.
Three more times.
Releasing any doubt,
Especially self-doubt,
Confusion as we cleanse the central channel with our attention,
Awareness,
Light,
Visualization.
Then letting go of the cleansing,
Breathing,
Just return to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Rest in the energy field,
The chi or prana or energy path you created yourself.
Feeling the body is radiating with clear light.
Noticing the vastness,
Spaciousness,
Openness.
The innate quality of the mind.
