Breathe in now for seven and feel the rise of your hand on your belly.
Slowly exhale as you feel the gentle fall of your belly.
Breathe in for six.

Notice how you feel after just seven deep breaths.
Is your mind calmer?
Mine is.
Take your hand to your heart.
Breathe in love.
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in love.
Breathe out fear.

Breathe out fear.
As the mind settles,
Imagine that you are communicating directly with your heart.
Your thoughts are silent and it is the heart that listens.
Your heart opens.
It is patient.
It desires only to help you.
Ask your heart what is it that you fear?
Breathe deep and listen to the words of your heart.
Whatever it says,
Accept it.
Learn from it and continue to breathe deep.
Now imagine there is a jug of love that is being poured into the crown of your head.
It is a golden light of liquid love and it is travelling and it is travelling down through your head,
Your face,
Your neck,
Into your chest and making its way to your heart.
Slowly the golden liquid starts to fill your heart with love.
It melts the fear.
It transforms it and gently you move from a place of fear to love.
Rest in this place.
Return to this place often.
And whenever you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
