Welcome.

Make yourself comfortable.

Whether you're sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the floor,

Connecting to the ground and the earth beneath it,

Or you're lying in a bed,

Relaxing deeply,

Completely at ease.

Know that this is your time,

This is your space.

There's no rushing or pushing.

Only flowing,

Connecting peacefully,

Easily.

Just let your eyes gently close.

Take a nice,

Slow breath in through your nose and let it flow down to your belly.

Feel your belly rise as the air begins to fill it and gently release that breath.

Again,

Breathing in,

Long,

Slow,

Deep and releasing.

Deep outbreath.

Start to feel yourself loosen,

Soften,

Sinking into the surface,

Dropping into your body.

Connecting body,

Mind,

Spirit.

Finding any thoughts that aren't in this moment.

Now bring your attention to the top of your head.

Imagine an opening there.

Imagine opening the top of your head like you are opening the petals of a flower.

And letting in a light from above,

A beautiful light,

Bright white,

Clear,

Vibrant,

A light from source that is love and compassion.

Just let that light in.

Let it fill you right from the bottom all the way up.

As you continue to breathe at whatever rhythm feels natural,

Feel that light spreading all through you,

Every cell of your body.

Feel any tension,

Stress,

Discomfort,

Anxiety or worry begin to evaporate,

Dissolve,

Dissipate.

As this light spreads,

There is no room for darkness when you're filled with light.

See the light now as it moves all the way up to behind your eyes.

You are completely filled with it.

You are glowing from the inside out.

Continue to breathe in and out.

Seeing that lovely light.

And silently repeat after me each of these phrases.

I am beautiful on the inside and the outside.

I have the strength and courage to overcome any challenge.

I am worthy of accomplishing all my goals and living my dream life.

I have unlimited potential.

I am fearless and confident in myself and my abilities.

Today I face my day with confidence and courage.

I am free of self-doubt.

Everything I need is within me.

I am in control of my life.

I am proud of everything I have accomplished.

I deserve love and respect.

I am confident in my purpose and my mission.

I am in control of my thoughts,

Feelings and choices.

I believe in myself.

I am worthy.

I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.

I am enough.

I am learning and growing every day and I am patient with myself.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose,

Again down to your belly and feel your belly rise.

Let those words integrate and become part of who you are.

Affirm your worth with every breath.

Take your time as you finish this meditation.

Stay in it as long as you like.

Take some time to process and even journal some of the things that you may think of that may arise in response to these affirmations.

Now or throughout your day,

Have a confident day.

Claim your power.
