Tuning Into Higher Guidance

As many a wise person has noted, "All the answers lie within ourselves". According to the ancient Taoist (Daoist) masters, we have 'three brains' - known as Dan-tiens, which translates to 'Elixir Fields' or "Seas of Qi". These three reservoirs of healing life-force energy are located at the navel, heart and third-eye. In this meditation, you will be guided to replenish each of your Dan-tiens, awakening you to your Divine light, to help you tune into the guidance of your Higher Self.
