Just take a moment to get comfortable gently close your eyes one hand onto your belly and one hand onto your chest always breathing inhaling through the nose,

Breath into your belly let the breath rise up into your chest as you breath out through your nose let the belly sink back down toward your spine breath into your belly first and let the breath rise up into your chest and breath out from the chest down the ribs out the belly completely emptying the breath breathing in and breathing out let the breath move through you like a wave rising up and falling back down and the air of the energy beneath your hands starting with the energy at your belly center this is the home of your original chi your life force energy all that limitless possibility inside you power potential feeling into your belly the energy there beneath your hand imagining the energy there glowing with golden light shining out into your auric field a few inches out from your body turning your attention to the other hand gently resting on your chest feeling the energy in your heart feeling the love that's always available to you connecting your heart with the universal heart breathing into the love the joy the connection that unites your heart with all that is feeling appreciation for who you are your life your body your magnificent self feeling the power of your heart and as you continue to breathe allowing that wave of energy to rise up and descend back down allow your body to relax allow your soul to move with the breath moving in the flow in the flow of life moving with the flow of the universe as you come into your power your unique expression of who you are the true you breathe and let yourself be filled with this power that moves through you today is a new day and you are a new you smile and welcome in the new day as you slowly open your eyes
