In this guided meditation we are going to unwind the mind.
So get comfortable and slowly close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Visualize your physical body going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Take another deep breath.
And as you do,
Notice a warm energy filling up your body bringing healing and deeper relaxation.
Good.
It is time to reduce the mind chatter,
To reach a deep level of oneness and bliss.
It is time to clear your mind.
Visualize a chest.
How does this chest show up to you?
Maybe it's a big box.
Maybe it's a biode treasure.
A golden box or yes,
A safe.
But give yourself a few moments to observe how this chest looks to you.
Good.
You notice a small encrypted message and it says.

Chest contents.
Worries.
Unnecessary thoughts and many duties.
And you notice that this chest is empty,
So it's time to fill it up.
Worry not.
You will be able to access these thoughts later on,
If that's what you wish.
Now allow your thoughts to flow freely.
And give yourself a few moments of deep relaxation.
I will be doing small counts,

Three,
And for every count I want you to now visualize one of your thoughts flowing from your mind into your chest.
Don't put much effort into it.
Just allow them to flow.
If the same thought comes back to you,
Deposit it once again.
I will count for you.

Letting go of all your thoughts.

This was your thoughts flowing from your mind to your chest.

Getting into a deeper level of mindfulness.

Getting your mind cleared.

Notice how the chest is filling up.

Sensations of peace manifest around you.

You feel your mind slowly.

Letting go of any attachments.
Anything that doesn't belong to you.

Letting go of all your plans.
Remember this is your personal sacred time.

Your mind feels lighter.

You have clarity.

Yes,
Observe.
Do not struggle.
Let it flow.
It is easy.
Don't make it complicated.
Just allow it to flow.

Keep allowing the chest to fill up.
And don't worry if your thoughts come back.
Next time you will go deeper and it will be easier for you.
Allow yourself to have a little more.

As you have added all of your thoughts onto this chest,
Visualize it closely.
Your Spirit Guides will take care of this chest for you.
They will protect it and it will be given back to you when you need it.
But not during this meditation.
As you have set aside your divine timing for healing.
Now it is time to collapse the illusion we call reality.
The reality your mind has created.
To bring you into a deeper state of relaxation,
I want you to imagine a simple scenario.
Imagine you are floating above a beach.
Do not look for detail.
Just gaze it from the distance.
Like if this world was distant from you.
Just go to the basics.
Think in a child.
Notice the pale yellow sand.
The blue sea.
And a beautiful sky.
The sun is shining and you can see some small sailboats.
It is a beautiful scenario.
But it is time to deconstruct this reality.
Try to keep this visualization.
But if you can't,
Just let go and sit within the peaceful state of relaxation.
You will notice that no one is in the beach.
The only evidence of human life are the far away sailboats.
If you saw any clouds in the sky,
You notice that these are disappearing,
Just melting away.
Slowly notice how those sailboats get farther away into the distance.
Until they vanish.
And you suddenly see the sun as a plain yellow circle.
Almost like if this reality was made of paper.
Visualize the sun slowly vanishing.
You realize that you are surrounded by a beautiful sea of stars.
And you notice stillness.
You realize the sea is no longer there.
Nor is the sea in but yourself.
Floating within a void of bliss and wellness.
You realize you are only consciousness.
And you are in a complete state of bliss.
You were not your physical body.
You were neither your thoughts.
And you neither were in the world you perceived to live in.
You realize you are a divine soul.
Child of source in complete sync with the universe.
Just be.
Focus on nothing.
If at this point you still perceive something from your daily reality,
Just let it be.
Do not question,
Do not judge.
Take this level of bliss until we continue.
You slowly notice a new reality forming right in front of you.
You notice this is your room.
You notice it is time to come back home.
So slowly start to picture clearly your room and start to feel your surroundings.
Slowly moving your feet,
Your toes,
Your hands and fingers.
Slowly stretching the muscles of your neck.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and welcome home.
