Picture a black mirror besides a soft candle flame.
Or still water inside a dark bowl.
You don't need drama and you don't need to be afraid.
When your intention.
Is connected with the light,
There are simple tools that help your awareness become quieter and much more receptive.
Today I am going to share what Scrine is,
The six main ways to practice it,
How to begin safely,
And how to understand what comes through without forcing an experience or believing that every image is a prediction.
But first,
We are going to do a small exercise.
Place your hands on your chest.
And take a deep breath.
3 and exhale.
Three.
Four,
Fine.
6.
And ask yourself.
How much light can you bring into your consciousness?
When you intend to connect with the Divine.
Through receiving wisdom.
Give yourself a few moments.
So,
Screen is a divination process that goes through a reflective,
Translucent or luminous focus.
A mirror,
A crystal ball,
Water or flame gives the analytical mind somewhere to settle and so you can notice your psychic senses.
You might receive callers.
Faces,
Mists,
Feelings,
Sounds or even sudden knowledge.
Most of it appears in your mind's eye.
It's not like a movie on the surface,
It's not a tablet,
Okay?
The word cry is related to describe,
Meaning to make out something difficult to see.
The surface can support your connection with your higher self.
Spirit guides or clairvoyance.
I've worked as a psychic medium since 2012 and openness matters far,
Far,
Far more.
Many traditions used reflective metal,
Polished stone,
Water,
Gas or flame.
Obsidian mirrors were made in pre-Columbian Mexico,
And one famous example later belonged to John Dean.
Who describes angelic conferences with Edward Kelly.
Nostradamus is linked with Waters' crime,
But I couldn't find firm evidence here.
So keep the history and the practice grounded.
Free will and physical action will shape your future.
Now,
The first method is Mirror Scrying.
Use a black mirror,
Polished obsidian or glass painted matte black on the back.
Keep it at an eye level in a dim light.
With any candles safely outside its reflection.
Look slightly beyond the surface and soften your eyes.
Your face may blur or colors may appear through normal visual adaptation.
So wait for an impression with clear meaning.
It's beginner-friendly wireless grind.
Fill a dark bowl with clean water.
Place it on a stable table.
Let it settle and use soft light.
Don't expect a movie here,
Notice inner images.
Those are where they come from.
In your mind's eye,
Sudden knowing,
Emotions and physical sensations.
And of course,
Journal them right away.
The third is a crystal ball scribe.
Quartz is traditional,
Although Smoky Quartz,
Amethyst and Obsidian also work.
Look toward the center and give your mind somewhere to rest.
The fourth is Obsidian Scrine with a mirror,
A sphere or polished slab.
Clean it,
Care for its energy,
And approach it with grounding,
Truth,
And positive intentions.
Fifth is Flamescreen.
Learn the candle's normal behavior.
And then from here notice imagery in your peripheral vision or mindseye.
Use a heat safe surface,
Stay away from curtains and pets and never leave it unattended.
Sixth is bowl scribed with water,
Oil or ink.
Make sure to use non-toxic materials.
Protect the table and stay away from flame.
Stability,
And your relationship with the tool matters more than how much you spend in them.
As a beginner practice that stays simple.
Here you can choose water or a black mirror,
Whichever helps you relax.
Dim the light,
Silence notifications and sit comfortably.
Take 3 to 5 deep breaths.
Releasing a little more with every exhale.
You can imagine roots connecting you with the Earth.
Set one open question,
Such as,
What do I need to understand about this situation?
Don't demand a specific answer.
Feel your aura,
Claim your energies your own,
And welcome only loving guidance that serves your highest purpose.
Make sure to let go of anything that doesn't belong to you.
Now,
Soften your gaze,
Look into the surface without focusing hard.
And blink whenever you need to.
Give yourself about 10 quiet minutes.
And notice whatever calls your attention.
Even when it's subtle.
And trust me,
Forcing a vision usually closes the door.
It's not ideal,
Ok?
Completing the session is already a success,
Even if you don't see anything.
You will soon.
Now,
From here,
Journal immediately,
Write the observations before the interpretation,
Something like,
I saw a blue circle,
And then describe how it felt.
This will protect the detail from psychic amnesia.
And it will help you recognize personal patterns.
So,
To close,
Give thanks,
State that the practice is complete,
Put the tool away,
Drink water and continue with your life.
Try 2 or 3 sessions a week for a week or two before judging your ability.
Impressions may arrive immediately or take several weeks.
Scrying is generally general when you practice with focus,
Respect and a clear intention.
A black mirror is now checked and a visual focus.
By itself it doesn't open portals or change your energy in a negative way,
So care for the tool without feeding fear.
Begin from a stable place.
Don't scry while intoxicated,
Severely sleep deprived,
Panicking or emotionally overwhelmed.
Because its trace will alter your perception.
Also make sure to keep sessions short and stop whenever you want.
Remember that your energy belongs to you.
Claim your free will,
Strengthen your aura,
And welcome only loving and trustworthy guidance.
Release anything outside your path.
This is part of developing any psychic ability with responsibility.
Disturbing matters just as much.
Don't use scrying to invade someone else's privacy.
Diagnose illness or treat every symbol as a guaranteed prediction.
What you receive still needs interpretation and grounded action.
If visions continue outside the sessions you choose,
Create fear or interfere with daily life,
Pause the practice and speak with a qualified professional.
So how to interpret what you receive?
An impression may come as quick as a flash,
Missed,
Familiar face or place,
A sound,
Feeling,
Or knowledge that appears out of nowhere.
Record it before trying to make it fit your questions.
Colors can offer clues.
White or silver may feel like spiritual guidance and clarity.
Blue can speak of truth or protection.
Green may represent healing and restoration.
Red or orange can point to passion,
Urgency or sometimes a warning.
Gold may feel connected with the divine,
Wisdom.
Still,
Your own relationship with color matters more than simply these examples.
So make sure to study the context,
Your emotional patterns and what actually happens in your life.
Over time,
Your journal shows which symbols carry meaning for you and which effects came from light.
Visual adaptation or expectation.
To make a black mirror.
Carefully coat the back of a framed glass with the thin layer of dark paint.
Then resemble it with the painted side facing away.
Handle glass safely and give practice some time.
10 quiet minutes at first is enough.
After 30 days,
Review your notes instead of chasing proof in a recession.
So as a recap,
Scrine uses a mirror,
Water,
Crystal obsidian,
Flame,
Or a dark bowl to quiet ordinary focus and notice intuitive guidance.
Ground yourself,
Set one clear intention,
Keep a soft gaze,
Journal first impressions,
Close every session and let patience and discernment lead.
