In this meditation we are going to enjoy a brief but powerful relaxing path through nature.
So it is time to let go of all thoughts and go deep in relaxation.
So get comfortable and slowly close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Hold it.
And slowly let the air go.
Good.
Take another deep breath.
Hold it.
And as you exhale,
Let go of all your thoughts.
Good.
You realize that your consciousness is no longer in your room.
You feel free.
And this feeling of freedom grows as you are feeling completely liberated and you notice a beautiful pathway.
You observe this pathway takes you up the mountain and as you go through it,
You go deeper in relaxation.
Start walking or gliding through this path,
Focusing on your breathing,
Not changing the pace but for every exhale you take a step forward and you go deeper into relaxation.
Keep walking through this path,
Observing your surroundings and enjoying the view.
Good.
Good.
You notice you are still going uphill.
However,
You are now gliding as you are deeply relaxed and your body feels completely weightless.
In fact,
You notice that your physical body is healing and grounding thanks to the power of this mountain.
With your imagination,
You keep going up,
Up,
Up the pathway.
You might notice the sounds of other animals as they are enjoying every moment of their existence and so are you.
You are in the now,
Having a wonderful time and a wonderful experience of relaxation.
And as you continue to go up,
You notice the summit.
A small rush of joy fills your entire body.
Without losing your relaxation,
You feel very happy and you notice a beautiful sunset.
You are on the highest mountain and the view is mind-blowing.
You feel gratitude for such a gift.
Take some time to observe until I call you back.
As the sun goes down,
You notice a beautiful door imprinted in a rock and as you glide through it,
You start to notice a vibrant energy and you feel welcome.
You feel at home.
You start to notice your room and your surroundings and you start to notice your body.
Slowly and gently start stretching,
Returning to full awareness and when you are ready,
Open your eyes and welcome home.
