Do you know how to see your aura? The Aura is the energy field that surrounds our heads and bodies, and these tell a lot about us. I am teaching how to see Auras, this way, you can help others, as well as helping yourself.

In this coaching session,

I am going to share about auras and how you can see an aura So to get started,

If you don't know what an aura is,

I want to explain to you that it is mainly our vital energy,

Our life force emanating from our body our chakras and our soul and this energy surrounds us more or less like a bubble and they have a mist-like appearance texture However,

There is a big difference.

They can be perceived physically and also,

It can be of multiple colors and throughout our life these colors changes depending on our experiences,

Our feelings and our actions in a very specific moment.

In fact,

At a moment on profound auric readings,

You can know if the person has gifts and even to some extent witch ones.

You also may understand if the person suffers from external energetic alterations like a distant healing,

Like maybe a psychic attack low vibration astral wings being attached,

Blessings,

Protective circles,

A physical illness.

You can see a lot of information and well I am very sure that if you are listening to this,

You are very curious to see auras So I am going to give you some steps So that now you can begin to practice this art of seeing auras.

You don't need anything more than to try your best to have a little patience and to have some dedication So for the first step,

It would help if you had a mirror Ideally a wall mirror.

The wall in front of the mirror should be as empty of things as possible So normally the bathroom mirror is the best choice since the idea is that the mirror only reflects you and a white wall to make it simple and Make sure the lighting is as bright as possible with white light ideally Okay,

Not warm,

But white So also don't wear flashy clothes or any adornments on your hair like headband,

A hat and stuff like that It may seem obvious,

But it's easy to forget especially with headbands and other small hair accessories In fact,

If you want you can even wear your shoulders or upper body Whatever feels more comfortable for you.

At first you need to make sure to help yourself as much as you can So firstly a simple and efficient exercise would be about investing five minutes But no more,

Okay?

Five minutes a day and not getting frustrated Remember you're going to fail at first because this also depends on Any gifts that you may have as well as on the level of ability and how open your third eye is It can take in fact a different amount of time to be successful It is about to keep trying it and to continue to do your best So for this reason you only want to invest five minutes,

Not more Whether you succeed or not,

Tomorrow will be another day and there will be time for more Okay,

So you would get started by taking a couple of deep breaths and then to cleanse your mind the best way you can I also share here how to do this if you look it up It's going to help you very much to be able to clear your mind of thoughts So the next step is to soon look at yourself in the mirror,

But don't force it,

Don't stare Just gaze,

Just observe the image on the mirror Without concentrating too much Observe the top of your head and try to focus only on the hair and above the shoulders But not on both in the beginning,

Choose either shoulders or the hair.

I personally chose the hair.

So remain calm and Just look at the aura.

Just look at it.

Don't force it,

Please And don't try to see it when you don't see it.

Just be patient try to not blink at first unless not blinking is a distraction or a nonsense and Don't dry your eyes because it has to be a pleasant experience After a few attempts,

You will see a specific deformation in the color of your hair Maybe right above it,

Like just touching it.

Maybe even if like you had a little contour around the head Actually,

This is how I saw it at first,

Kind of like a very small indigo overlaying a line right on top of my head,

You know And then through my face and shoulders and that's generally the first step and if you can see these Congratulations,

You just looked at your aura That's the beginning of it.

But hey,

You already have seen it and that's awesome Please note that the closer to the head,

The more intense the energy and also the easier to see So for this reason you want to wear your hair completely free of accessories when doing this exercise And from here you already have done the most challenging part Even if you have done it once,

You now want to grow,

To improve,

So continually In the experience and the practice,

It's very important Continuously exercise and keep doing it a little bit every day or a couple of things a day when you start to be more successful And little by little you will see more and more of your aura Until you no longer will see just a contour,

But like a pile of colored fog around your head In fact,

If you like the subject and you want to read the aura of others,

You can practice by putting Colored towels,

Okay,

And start with solids so they can reflect behind your head In this way,

You will see your aura of another color or a mix It will be of course the wrong color by the influence of the color of the towels But yes,

You have guessed it.

This will help you to understand the color scheme And if you want to continue practicing,

You can start trying to sight in the auras of others Of course in the beginning you are going to tell them to stay next to a white wall to not move and to spend a few minutes of awkwardness while you stare at them And I remember my moment when I had to go through that.

But remember to not fix the eyes Okay,

As I have explained There will be a moment that just with a couple of seconds you will see them and you will need no white light No clear background.

You will be able to see auras of people just walking by.

Your third eye will get used to Remove the background somehow.

It's hard to explain but it will start to grow and become easier for you And well,
