Allow yourself to let go as you take a deep breath.

Hold the air for a few seconds and as you let go of it,

Slowly close your eyes.

Notice how your breathing starts to slow down.

In and out.

In and out.

You are more relaxed,

Feeling you keep gradually going deeper.

You feel happy because you can feel healing energy flowing within you.

Now take another deep breath and focus on your root chakra,

Your tailbone area.

Exhale while you visualize it expanding.

Inhale once more and visualize a beautiful red rose appearing here.

And as you exhale,

The rose completely opens up.

Take another deep breath and focus on your sacral chakra,

The area in between your legs.

Exhale while you visualize it expanding.

Inhale once more and visualize a beautiful orange rose appearing here.

And as you exhale,

The rose completely opens up.

Take another deep breath and focus on your solar plexus chakra,

Your stomach area.

Exhale while you visualize it expanding.

Inhale once more and visualize a beautiful yellow rose appearing here.

And as you exhale,

The rose completely opens up.

Take another deep breath and focus on your heart chakra,

Your heart area.

Exhale while you visualize it expanding.

Inhale once more and visualize a beautiful green rose appearing here.

And as you exhale,

Take another deep breath and focus on your throat chakra,

Your throat area.

Exhale while you visualize it expanding.

In between your eyebrows a little above.
