The emotion will be ruling in this meditation and you should let go completely,
Ensuring that you fill yourself up with gratitude.
So first,
Slowly close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Take a deep breath,
Hold it and as you let go of the air,
You start to feel very relieved and very empowered.
Take another deep breath and as you let go,
Notice the wonderful feeling of breathing and you feel gratitude for the available oxygen that gives you life and fills up your lungs.
I am going to count from 5 to 1 and for every count,
Your mind will be more and more relaxed,
More in sync and I will count for you.
Number 5,
Notice how your mind becomes quieter and more relaxed,
Quieter and relaxed.
Good.
Four,
As your mind relaxes more,
You feel gratitude for this moment as this is a moment for healing and for restoration.
Number 3,
Filling up your heart with gratitude,
With plenty of abundance and joy.
Number 2,
Noticing your mind completely cleared,
Completely relieved.
Number 1,
Allow it to vanish.
Notice this new peaceful state of mind.
Now,
It is time to relax your body and you start focusing on your feet,
Noticing how relaxed they are and feeling gratitude for that.
Notice your lower legs and your upper legs.
These are getting very relaxed.
As you take a deep breath,
You realize your stomach area as well as your back area feeling very warm,
Starting to bring a deep sense of healing and even a deeper sense of relaxation,
Flooding you with feelings of gratitude,
Gratitude for your life and for your existence.
Your arms,
Hands and fingers are very relaxed,
Feeling heavy,
Feeling warm,
Completely unable to move this even if you tried.
Notice your neck now and the muscles of your face relaxing.
You can feel your Jia Hang and you find yourself to be deeply,
Deeply relaxed,
Feeling gratitude for your life,
For your existence.
Allow these feelings to flow through your being and to fill you up until we continue.
You notice a small door.
It's a beautiful door.
It resonates very much with you and you notice that this door has a sign that says,
What I am grateful for.
You feel happy because you see light coming from the edges of this door,
Realizing that there is a lot to be grateful for.
I am not going to tell you what's behind this door.
You need to find out.
So you approach it and open it.
You find all sort of things.
All things like our sun,
A salad or maybe a toilet.
It may be so many random things,
But you realize how much you have taken for granted.
And you are tuned to gratitude.
So out from this realization,
You turn into gratitude for these very small things.
And as you do,
You realize they are more and much more significant than you initially thought.
And they are plentiful of things to be grateful for in your life.
From insignificant or small,
To positive life changing situations.
You can be grateful for all,
Every single thought,
Every single observation.
It is a excuse for more gratitude.
And I'm going to allow you a few moments for you to continue contemplating what are you grateful for.
You are the embodiment of gratitude itself.
You are light.
You are luminous.
You are pure energy.
Completely merged with absolute gratitude.
And you notice a small box,
And there is a label that says,
All that serves your highest purpose is here.
You only need the key.
And as you place your hand on the box to examine it,
You notice your hand is made of light.
And your higher self says,
The key is gratitude.
As you hear this,
You feel massively grateful.
Constantly empowered,
And fill up with gratitude just for the reason that you are grateful to things.
And therefore,
You realize you have the key.
And as you touch the box,
It opens.
And a surge of golden pearl energy starts to enter your body.
Once more,
You feel grateful,
As you have received an amazing gift.
And you want to spend a few moments in this energy,
For you to feel it,
Filling up your entire existence.
Allow yourself to have,
Until we continue.
It is time to bring this gift home.
And you notice the same door you crossed before.
And as you cross it,
You can feel yourself back in the room.
You start to slowly feel your physical body,
Which feels great,
Empowered,
As you realize that this gratitude also heals.
I am going to count from 1 to 3,
For you to be fully grounded and fully present.

Feeling your body entirely,
Feeling the room around you.
2.
Slowly moving your hands,
Fingers,
Feet and toes.
3.
Wide wide awake.
Wide wide awake.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
