What does an indigo aura mean?
The first thing you need to consider when discussing the indigo aura is the inclination towards psychic abilities.
If you have an indigo aura color,
It will be always your main aura color.
This is one color that doesn't change.
If you are born a psychic,
You will be a psychic for your entire life,
Even if you never awaken spiritually or do a single reading.
You will still be likely to have premonitions,
You have a high chance to be an empath,
And you will be at least developing clear cognition as it will come naturally to you,
Even if you don't know the meaning of it.
The indigo aura connects with the energy of the third eye chakra,
And its vibration is already close to the crown chakra,
From which you connect to the spirit by matching the energetic vibrations with your heart chakra.
The indigo energy is super strong,
Even if you are unaware,
It will still define your life.
And I had experienced this many many times in my end,
Since I was little and completely unaware,
Yet experiencing a lot of psychic phenomena backed up by both of my parents in different ways.
Keep in mind that as with everything,
There is room for development and improvement.
If you were born psychic,
You will most likely have an indigo aura as a base color throughout your entire life,
Whether you awaken or not.
However,
If you start using more of your intuition,
As well as starting to develop your psychic gifts,
You will witness your indigo aura going a lot darker in tonality,
Bringing you to the dark indigo aura but in a positive spectrum of vibration.

Another powerful trait is that if you have an indigo aura,
You are likely to be sensitive to the energies and emotions of other people.
You also have a high chance of being an empath,
Since this one is possibly the most common gift.
Perhaps you see your kid playing in the park more carefully than the other kids,
Or for them to have a more relaxed versus thrill-seeking behavior.

You probably can tell it is another trait,
Especially if you can see that your kid is talkative and extroverted otherwise.
Most of the time,
Even if not spiritually awakened yet,
An indigo aura person will feel a certain connection with past lives.
To have existed longer than this current life,
Or to feel older than the current age,
All of this can apply.
It is hard to explain,
But it is sort of a feeling of knowing that there is more.
And I assert this,
I got from a spirit that there can be a minor degree,
Mostly subconscious telepathic connection,
Normally picking up on their energies as the least.
If you are an indigo aura person,
You are smiling for sure when I say the word silence.
If you are not an indigo aura person,
You might be smiling too.
You can still be sensitive to this increasingly overwhelming society and prefer soft stimuli,
As well as appreciating silence.
You will find those quiet times a huge blessing,
Not only to disconnect from stimuli,
But also to be able to go inward.
Maybe you are already not so excited about the going inward part.
If you do,
You need to improve your mindfulness,
That's for sure.
If you are an indigo aura,
You probably love to go inward and enjoy time with yourself.
The only problem here,
If you have an indigo aura,
Is that you can get overwhelmed more easily,
Especially if you are very sensitive but unaware of what's going on.
Finding quiet spots usually will be very nurturing,
And certainly have some daily time of silence and solitude,
Regardless of the size of your family.
An indigo aura person must be in a proper state of physical,
Mental,
Emotional and spiritual balance.
A significant trait of indigo aura people is that we enjoy helping others.
In a way,
If you have an indigo aura,
You feel the drive to help and assist other people,
Potentially using your gifts.
I will always recall myself as a 12-13 years old helping teenagers of 15-16 years old,
And yet wondering how it was even possible I knew that stuff,
And I actually recall that I how could I help if I've never experienced those things.
What I didn't know by then is that I already lived many lifetimes,
And I was like using clear cognition and memories from them.

You are likely to love to empower people,
And you might greatly dislike people that do otherwise.
Normally,
The human consciousness has a massive duality.
Indigo aura people are very honest and authentic,
Strongly disliking lies and cheaters,
Even chatting after them sometimes depending on which situations.
An indigo aura person will normally have more close friends versus buddies in general,
Since this type of personality prefers more authentic and complex friendships.
You will have the capability to connect with many different types of people and personalities,
Even people very different from you.
However,
This connection will only stay alive in the bottom of these people's hearts if they are true and real positive emotions.
As an indigo aura,
You will know it,
You will feel their core,
Regardless of their ego and perhaps even some of their actions and beliefs.
If you have an indigo aura person in your group of friends,
You can certainly count on them.
If you have an indigo aura,
You prefer to seek a professional setting where you can use your intuition,
Psychic gifts and other traits you may have.
You want to make an impact in other people's lives,
But you want to follow your instinct and with what you resonate for this.
If you follow a professional path without feeling connected to it,
You will end up feeling trapped and completely miserable.
Because one thing is true,
I can tell you,
We indigo aura people cannot lie to ourselves,
Even if we try it.
We can't buy our own story,
Period.
Indigo people don't make the best leaders neither,
Only except when the indigo can choose their entire network of co-workers.
However,
Even in this situation,
It would not be ideal if you are an indigo person.
Ironically,
We all end up falling into leadership roles either professionally in sports,
In group settings or organizations in general.
However,
Peace and harmony are yearned for,
And you can miss some necessary traits that a leader needs.
The problem also arises if you have to be a follower,
Especially of a non-charismatic or authentic leader.
You won't be able to perform at your best with sticky inside-the-box guidelines,
Or if you cannot relate to or feel authenticism.
So if it is easy to find that many indigos will self-employed,
You will do indeed,
And a good chunk even following a career related to the holistic and spiritual industries.
You will normally project high values in life,
Appreciating others to do the same.
Ultimately,
As an indigo aura person,
You need to honor your connection with self-love and observe what you desire and why.
If you pretend to follow a trend that perhaps you don't even care for,
You are not being true to yourself,
And ultimately,
It will not fulfill your desires.
Apply this to the people you connect with,
And basically for everything you do in your life.
