Simplicity is key,

You are going to enjoy a peaceful time in nature.
So get in a comfortable position and slowly close your eyes.
It is time to let go completely,
So it is time to start focusing on your breathing.
Slowly observe how the air comes in and out,
Without changing the pace of your breathing.

Breathing gives you life,
And you realize that you will continue to go deeper in relaxation.
Start observing how the air comes in and out.

You start to feel revitalized,
And you notice that your physical body is becoming heavier,
Warmer,
And more relaxed.
You start to notice that the air that you are breathing looks green.
The color of healing,
The color of the heart chakra of unconditional love,
But also the color of Mother Nature.
The more inhales and exhales you take,
The more of this green energy fills up the room,
And you have a sensation of freedom and content.
Just observe how this energy keeps growing.
You start feeling your face warmer,
And it seems you feel happier,
Not losing relaxation,
But very liberated.
You feel as if the warm sunlight is bathing your face,
And you start to notice the sign of happy birds,
As well as the wind gently moving branches and leaves.
You find yourself in a beautiful green patch,
Surrounded by countless and magnificent trees.
You feel an immense amount of gratitude,
Because you feel that you have been invited to a very special place.
You decide to sit in meditation.
You want to bathe yourself in these wonderful energies,
So you just let go for a few moments,
To receive healing,
And stay relaxed until I call you back.
You notice a gentle breeze that reminds you of water.
You start following this lovely scent until you reach to what appears to be a lovely water object.
Take a few moments to observe what it is.
Is it a lake?
Is it maybe a river?
Or possibly the ocean?
It doesn't matter really,
As what you find,
You will deeply resonate with.
You notice that the water is very calm.
It is a very peaceful sunny day.
What are you going to do?
You notice a small rowboat,
And since it feels very safe,
Maybe you decide to go for it.
Or perhaps you want to just lay by the water and enjoy the refreshing water gently bathing your feet.
Anything that you decide,
It's going to be perfect.
It's significant because it is time for yourself.
Nothing matters here but your own wellness.
I am going to give you some time.
