Thank you Femke. Some days I feel a little "off" and I know I need to do an inner child meditation. My inner child needs me, or as today I actually needed her. Thank you for posting this so we have it as a resource to come back to. Also when I was little i lived with my grandma for a couple of years, she is now passed away but I never grieved properly, the meditation helped me to access some memories of that time, which is beautiful. Thank you
