Welcome to this self-love meditation.
Thank you for being here.
Get in a comfortable position that could be seated with a straight spine or lying down.
This is completely up to you and what feels right and self-loving right now.
Have the palm of your hands facing upwards.
This could be placed in your lap or by the side of you if you're lying down.
And start breathing slowly and mindfully through your nose.
Just gently starting to become aware of sensations in your body.
Exploring.
Curiosity.
Wonder.
Acceptance.
Non-judgment.
Gratitude.
Breathing slowly and mindfully.
Witness the rise and the fall of the belly.
The rise and the fall.
Now start to pay attention to the palms of your hands.
Can you pick up any sensations here?
Any tingling?
What do you feel in the palms of your hands?
Can you feel the sensations change as you breathe in?
And as you breathe out?
Do you feel like you're taking something in on the in-breath?
What do you feel in the palms of your hands?
Imagine you're breathing in a white light through your hands.
What does this feel like?
It has a cleansing property to it.
It feels right for you.
It feels like you are receiving what you were meant to receive.
And on the out-breath,
This strengthens some more and spreads throughout your body.
As you're taking in this light through the palms of your hands.
Spreading this warm,
Cleansing energy throughout your body.
Now direct most of this towards your heart.
Feel your heart fill with this warm,
Cleansing energy.
As your breath invites more and more of it into your life.
This is exactly what you've been waiting for.
This is a complete act of self-love.
As you're purifying your heart and starting to tune in to the love that you are.
Because this white light symbolizes the love that you have in you.
That is always here.
You just need to uncover it.
You just need to get out the way so you can express yourself as the love that you are.
It is not uncommon for the mind to tell us stories.
Such as,
You're not lovable.
You're never good enough.
You're stupid.
You're ugly.
Of course this can be ourselves telling this to ourselves.
But also others telling us this.
And us internalizing their words.
Being aware of this light in your heart and the palms of your hands.
How true are those words you say to yourself sometimes and that others say to you.
Doesn't it feel much more like your true self if you tune into this warm love that you've got radiating through you.
This is who you are at your core.
You are perfect already.
You are whole.
And it's okay to be trapped in the mind.
It's not desirable.
But it's part of the process.
It's a journey to detach from thoughts and realizing we are not the thoughts.
But instead we are the observer.
We are this energy that we have in our heart.
And for some people this might sound woo woo or spiritual talk.
But all I ask of you is to just verify with your core.
If this love feels like you.
It feels like who you really are at the core.
If you just tune out the mind.
If you let that fade out for a bit.
Don't listen what it tells you.
Because it will try.
It will say.
No you're not this love.
Don't be stupid.
Don't fall for what this guy is telling you.
You are A,
B,
C,
D and multiple other things.
That are not whole.
That are not complete.
All I ask of you is to breathe slowly and mindfully.
And to tune in to this light that you have in your heart.
That you can radiate in the entirety of your being.
From this place you have so much to give to the world.
You are whole.
You are perfect.
You are beautiful.
You are love.
And you deserve to be loved just the way that you are.
Get ready to open your eyes.
