A Perspective Shift To Change Your Life

I reflect on a powerful shift in perspective that I think is not expressed often enough or reflected on deeply. If we considered this perspective more often, we will live in fear less often... with more compassion and unity.

So here's a little theory of mine that I think can really transform your life.

If you look at everything in life as energy,

Then you could look at it as two types of energies in the most simple way.

You have free flowing energy and contracted energy.

Free flowing being what people might call good or some people might call love.

And then you've got the contracted energy which some people might call bad or like ego driven,

Self centered.

You know,

Some people might call it positive or negative,

Whatever it may be.

I like to look at it as it's the same energy but it's either free flowing or contracted.

And that's something I feel a lot of people miss when they talk about stuff.

Because it's important to have boundaries and be like,

Yeah,

That's not okay.

I don't approve of this.

I think this needs to change.

I think this needs to get better.

But at the same time,

What that often creates is the separation of like,

Well,

I'm not like that.

Me against that,

Me against them,

Us against them,

Them against me.

And I think for me that's really been a massive life changer and something that I always have to come back to.

And it's really easy to forget because the human self within us,

The ego,

The concept of us,

Works in terms of separation.

So you see something negative or contracted and you say,

Well,

I'm not like that.

Well,

I'm not like that.

How could one,

How could one,

Little spider crawling on my finger.

How could one be like that?

I don't approve of that.

But you know the famous saying in the Bible,

He who is free of sin should cast the first stone.

Really tells you that all of us have free flowing and contracted energy in us.

It's not that some people are fully free flowing and some people are fully contracted.

Yeah,

There's definitely differences and the more you work on releasing and making your energy flow a bit more freely,

The more you will be embodying this free flowing energy and become like a vehicle for love,

You could say.

But at the same time,

It's within all of us,

The free flowing and the contracted.

And actually,

There is no difference between them.

It's the same energy just having different properties,

Just behaving a bit differently.

And yeah,

Just to highlight that again,

That's something that I really feel is missing and sometimes can get me a bit irritated.

Because I also fall into the trap then when people talk about this.

I'm not blaming anyone,

I'm just saying that's what tends to happen often.

People always talk about me against them or like that's not me.

Like I see this contracted thing,

I see this negative thing that I don't approve of and that's not me.

That's not me.

Well,

If everything is just energy,

I think it's important to remind others of that when we share.

And ourselves,

When we perceive the world,

That it's all the same energy.

And that's why I call it my theory,

Which is not my theory at all.

It's been talked about forever really by many people in different ways.

I guess this is just my spin on it,

My way of making sense of reality.

And some people call this thing when I say everything is energy,

That's why some people say everything is love.

Love everything,

Even if it looks on the surface to you to be negative or contracted.

Because it is the same thing.

It is the same thing that you are made up of.

That's the same energy that all of life is made up from.

All of life is made from.

If everything is energy,

You could say everything is love.

That makes sense to me.

And yeah,

I hope this is helpful for you.

I don't mean to convey the message of like,

Oh,

Just let people walk all over you.

It's all the same thing anyway.

You don't need boundaries.

That's not what I'm saying at all.

The free flowing can have boundaries,

Right?

So when you really embody this free flowing energy,

Love,

Whatever it is,

Although as I said,

Everything could be seen as love,

But if you really embody this free flowing part of that energy,

That doesn't mean you let everything trample all over you.

Run all over you,

Float all over you.

No,

It just means that you're more free flowing and you still have your boundaries.

You still have certain things,

You know,

When you come into contact with the contracted within or on the outside embodied through other things,

You can still say,

No,

I don't want this.

That's not for me right now.

But while recognizing that that is also part of you and just as much part of the whole as anything else.

And I don't know,

Maybe I promised too much.

Maybe it won't be helpful for you.

Maybe it will be helpful.

Maybe it will spark something within.

If it can do that,

Then I feel like I've done my job to just spark some inquiry within.

Even if you come up with a different theory,

A different way of making sense of what I said and the world and energy.

But yeah,

That's the flow that wants to come through me today.

Yes yes yes. Extending the love so much that we integrate and Soften the contracted energy. The more I just AM the more I feel connected and the less I have that separation thing going. Energy is love and it is good - this is the type of energy which us BE-ings need to work on to have it in abundance growing within us.

Love is good and that is what energy is - flowing within just like water meandering down the river.

Egoistic and bad energy is not energy- it is destruction and bad sensations which are manipulative and drains our body & mind - besides - sends our emotions into a spiral swirl 🌀 - never give in to bad negative energy bcos life will not thrive and BEcomes happy in such a state💔.

Life is for living but it can only be happy & feels free in positive and vibrant energies which are cultivated by each one of us. Let your heart leads the way, listen to it and loving energy shall flow & flow - in Sublime living inner space 🌝.
