Yulia's dedicates her work to spiritual and personal development. She believes that yoga and meditation is a path for bringing long-lasting positive change on physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels. As such yoga should be available for everyone. Yulia creates yoga classes in different styles with different intensity: Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle Flow and Yin. Her guided meditations are designed to reconnect with one's inner nature and the world around and evolve compassionate attitude towards oneself and others.
