Take this moment to prepare yourself into a posture most suitable for you at this time before we journey.
Make sure the spine is fully erected,
Lengthening out to open the space of your subconscious.
Wherever you find yourself,
Settle into the posture by feeling the breath roaming deeply and softly through you,
And taking this moment to feel the softness of that breath caressing through your body,
Noticing how you feel.
Maybe by now you have your eyes shut,
If not,
Gently close them,
And just feel the motion of the breath traveling inside of you,
And feel the walls of your body and the space inside being your consciousness,
And every time you breathe,
Feel that consciousness expand within you,
Inside the walls of your body,
And just take this moment to feel that.
Breathing slowly and deeply,
From here,
Feel the inhales lifting up the top of the head to the north point of who you are,
Every inhale rising up to that point,
And just feel that moment as you breathe,
Focusing into that sensation,
Noticing how you feel.
Every inhale feeling as if it's lifting higher and higher to the top of your head,
Allowing the space in that very area to expand as you push the walls further and further away with the pressure of the inhales that you take,
And breathe through that sensation,
Allow it to expand more and more,
And notice how you feel as it does so,
Notice how you respond to it,
And just breathe,
Pushing the walls further and further,
Expanding the space of your consciousness.
As you expand the space,
Hear the echoes of voices and whispers,
Hear it through the walls of distance between your subconscious and your conscious,
And hear the echoes enhancing in volume with every inhale that you take,
And taking this moment as you breathe,
As you listen to the breath at the same time,
Acknowledging how you feel as you listen to the echoes of the voices through that empty space that you're creating with your inhales,
And gently at the top of the head,
Feel an opening occur,
The more your inhales come into place,
Allowing the hole to get bigger and bigger,
Wider and wider with the pressure of your inhales that you take.
As you do this,
Acknowledge how you feel,
Breathe into that sensation,
Take in this moment,
Notice what you feel physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
And just breathe through the sensation.
As the top of your head opens up like a portal,
Feel the vast sky above you,
Concentrate right there,
Notice what you feel.
How does the vast sky feel?
How are you responding to it?
What does it look like?
Breathe through this moment,
The soft and deep inhales and exhales that you take,
And from the sky,
The very vast sky above you,
Feel a stream of light from the sky dropping down,
Caressing the top of your head,
And feel that sensation.
Notice what it feels like as it tangles against the head.
Breathe here for some time,
Acknowledging what you feel as you breathe,
And slowly fill your inhales,
Absorbing that light that's caressing the top of your head,
And bringing it through the wide circle and entering inside the head.
Every inhale pulling that light into the head,
Noticing the sensation tingling through you.
Breathe in here.
Notice any feelings,
Visions,
Or memories that occur through the mind,
And just breathe through them,
Accept them,
And allow them to roam by.
From the inside of your head,
That stream of light attached from the sky above you,
The vast sky,
Feel every inhale pulling energy from the vast sky,
Absorbing down through the stream of light and into your head.
Every inhale that you take,
Absorbing that stream of light,
Feeling that energy rise through the head,
And taking this moment to continue doing that.
Remember to breathe slowly and deeply.
Notice everything that occurs within this journey.
Notice what you see,
Hear,
Taste,
And smell as you absorb that stream of light from the vast sky.
Bring it down towards your consciousness inside your mind.
Continue to pull the light.
Notice how it feels.
Notice all that you see flashing through you.
And feel that deep connection from above.
The more you breathe,
Feeling that stream of light from the vast sky down into your mind.
Breathing slower and slower to feel more sensations.
As you feel the heaviness of your breathing and hear the whispers of the voices echoing through your mind.
And from here,
Notice every exhale that you take,
Bringing that energy inside your mind,
What you absorbed from the vast sky,
And pushing it down further and further until it reaches the heart.
Every exhale,
Bring it down into the heart.
And every inhale,
Gathering that stream of light from above.
And feel that motion alongside your breathing.
And notice that feeling.
As you push the stream of light into your heart,
Notice how the heart feels.
Does it feel empty or full?
Big or small?
Notice any feelings beyond it.
And continue to breathe,
Every exhale pushing that stream of light from the head into the heart,
Further and further into the depthness of the center.
As you breathe slower and slower,
Noticing all that you feel.
Notice what you feel physically,
Emotionally,
And mentally as you continue to allow the stream of light to drop into the heart with your exhales.
And continue to gain the light from the vast sky as you inhale.
And as you exhale,
Feeling that motion around and around like a circle.
Inhale and exhale.
Feel your heart get fuller and fuller.
Notice any emotions that you feel through the heart as it gently expands from the force above.
And just be in this moment and breathe.
And slowly,
That stream of light linking from the vast sky through the head into the center of your heart.
Gently allow it to become more solid.
Feel the texture of that bridge between the heart and the vast sky.
Becoming more concrete in feeling.
And notice that sensation as you breathe here.
Notice any visions or memories that come to the surface.
Observe them deeply,
But don't attach yourself to them.
Allow the exhales to brush them away.
As you allow the bridge between the vast sky and your heart to solidify and strengthen.
Or the power of your breath.
And notice how you feel as it solidifies,
Strengthening more and more.
And notice what it looks like.
Notice the details of the bridge between the heart and the sky.
And take in this moment to breathe.
And gently feel that collection of voices that echoes through your mind from the vast sky.
Drop down into the heart.
Feel that collection of beings unseen or seen.
In the center of who you are.
Feel that deep connection.
Notice how you feel.
How it feels to be connected.
Even towards things that are unseen,
But felt.
And just take in this moment.
Breathe slowly.
Allowing the belly to rise and fall.
Notice the voices inside your heart.
And take notice to what they say.
So listen deeply into the heart center.
Listen to what it says.
What do you hear?
Whatever you heard,
Allow that to be repeated up to the mind.
And notice how you feel as you repeat it in the mind.
The message you received in the heart.
And whatever the message,
Notice how you felt and responded to it.
And breathe through that experience.
Gently as you exhale,
Feel the heaviness bring you back to the body you're in.
As you feel the walls of the skin and the bones and the muscles.
The currents of your breath and blood roaming through your body.
Feel the ground below you.
Feel the firmness of the body that's against the ground.
Become aware of that sensation.
Start to wiggle through the toes and fingers.
Maybe rolling through the wrists or the ankles.
Looking over to the left.
And to the right.
To the left.
And to the right.
Bringing it back to center.
If you're laying down,
Gently make your way up to a comfortable seat position.
As you're seated,
Slowly bring your hands together into prayer pose.
Feel the right hand against the left,
Palm to palm.
And allow that to rise up to the sky above the head as you stretch through the arms.
Gently look up towards the palms.
Feel a nice deep inhale as it expands through the chest and through the head.
And exhale through the mouth,
Bringing the palms to the heart.
