Along your back,

Feel free to lay yourself into the ground,

Flat,

As you would in Shavasana.

For those seated,

Make sure that you're supported underneath your sit bones to make yourself comfortable in the hips as well through the spine.

Just for your body,

Just find the center of what is the middle.

Closing through your eyes as you feel the heaviness of your eyelids,

Allow them to become heavier and heavier,

Sinking into your face.

Notice that sensation.

Breathing slowly and deeply,

Notice where the breath goes and follow your breath.

Feeling the heaviness of your sit bones sinking and sinking into the ground.

Feeling the gentleness of your breath moving through your body.

Feeling your shoulders fall away from you.

Notice that feeling.

Slowly bringing the right thumb and placing it against the right nostril,

Holding it down as you close the channel,

Maybe your fingers stretching up to the sky.

And just breathing slowly and deeply through the left nostril,

Bringing the breath all the way into the navel of the belly and letting go of the breath as it rises through the body.

Feel the breath caressing through the left side,

How it feels through the nose and throughout the rest of your lens.

Notice the touch of the breath,

Noticing if it's cool to the touch or warm,

And how you feel as you breathe through it,

Breathing slowly and gently.

Feel your mind softening and softening.

Feel it melting away the pressure in your head and feeling the motion of water moving through your mind.

Notice the feeling as you breathe,

Slowly in and out through the left nostril.

Feel the breath like a stream of cold water,

Streaming through you up and down.

Notice the feeling.

Feeling yourself softening and softening.

Feeling the motion of water throughout your body.

Notice how that feels.

Breathe into that feeling.

Notice what you see and how you feel.

Feeling yourself clearing through the left side of your body.

Breathing slowly all the way into the belly and letting go as it reaches up to the sky.

Feel your mind expanding and expanding.

Feel a tingling sensation throughout your vessel.

Notice that feeling as you breathe.

Slowly inhale.

Feel your body expanding and expanding.

Hold on to your breath,

Releasing the thumb away from the nose.

And as you release the breath,

Breathe out through both nostrils.

Breathing through both channels at a slow pace,

In and out.

Notice what you feel and how you feel in this moment.

Taking a nice deep inhale and release through the mouth.

Breathing normally,

Becoming aware of how your body feels,

How your mind feels.

And gently awakening your eyes.

Moving through your body,

Coming back into this world.

And noticing how you feel,

How clear your mind feels.

If you feel reflective in this moment,

Feel free to write down your experience,

A note pad,

A journal,

A diary.

Noticing the way that you feel in this moment,

Feeling awakened and cleared.

And using this pranayama technique at any given time,

Whenever you feel too much pressure in your mind,

Whenever you feel overwhelmed,

Anxious or overheated,

Is a great tool to try to do the opposite effect and bring yourself into complete relaxation and to cool yourself down and to clear through it,

To clear through that clutter,

That overwhelming state.
