Welcome.

Thank you for arriving here in this moment.

Allow yourself to get comfortable,

Rather seated on your sit bones with your spine fully erect,

Reaching up to the sky,

Shoulders falling behind you,

Or laying on the ground,

Lengthening your spine,

Resting through the ankles,

The brows.

This meditation is to relief any baggage that you feel in your heart.

We carry so much,

And everything that we carry has an emotional tie towards it.

Over time,

This can hurt us,

And aches through our body.

Allow your eyelids to close,

And look through the darkness.

As you look through the darkness,

Feel the gentleness of your breath,

Reaching in through the body as you inhale,

And reaching out as you exhale.

Just feel that sensation,

Follow the motion.

Be okay with the darkness that surrounds you.

Be comfortable with the sensation of the air.

I want you to slow down your breath.

Feel the inhale slowly unfolding,

And unfolding your heart.

Then let the exhale slowly,

As you feel your heart melting,

And melting.

Inhale slowly,

Feel your heart unfolding,

And unfolding.

And slowly exhale,

As you feel your heart melting,

And melting.

Continue with this motion.

Notice the sensation that you feel.

And as you breathe,

Unfolding and relieving your heart,

Notice what your heart looks like.

Is it dark or light to the color?

Is it big or small?

Are there any added features that's either wrapped around your heart,

Or on your heart?

Just take this moment to notice,

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply.

You start to feel any emotional pain,

Breathe through the pain.

Allow the air to fill it up,

Expanding it,

And making space within it.

I want you to listen to the voice within your mind.

Allow it to repeat what I'm about to say.

I relieve you.

I relieve you.

I relieve you.

Hear your inner voice.

Allow it to talk to your pain.

Notice how it feels,

Every time you say it,

And every exhale that you take.

Every time you breathe in,

Imagine the light of the sun streaming through your heart.

Feel the warmth of the sun.

With every exhale,

Feel the tension melt away.

Inhale,

Feel the light and its warmth.

Exhale,

Feel the heart relieving.

Inhale slowly,

And slowly,

And I want you to hold on to your breath.

Keep holding,

And let it go.

Inhale slowly through the body,

Gently allowing it to expand,

And to expand through the heart.

Hold on to your breath.

Take this moment to feel the tension that you're holding on to,

And let it go.

Just continue to feel the warmth of your heart.

Notice the sensation,

How it makes you feel.

Every time you breathe in,

Embrace that feeling.

I want you to place your hand,

Or two hands,

Into the center of your chest,

And feel the heaviness of your palm.

Notice your heart beat,

Pressing against your hand.

Feel that connection.

Feel the way that you show up for yourself,

How you hold yourself up.

Whenever you feel ready,

Slowly awaken your body,

Awaken your senses,

Into your consciousness here in this moment.

May your heart feel more relieved.
