Welcome,
And today we're going to do a little guided breathing technique to help you really connect into deep relaxation and to feel love surfacing your body.
So as we begin,
I want you to find either a comfortable floor or that of a bed as if you're going to sleep and arranging yourself to lay fully on your back.
So take this moment to arrange yourself.
As you lay your body,
Feel the shoulders tucking behind you.
Feel it melting deeper into the ground,
Just opening the chest a bit.
Swaying the feet outwards so that the hips can melt outward and relax.
Feel heaviness through the pelvis sinking,
Followed by the vertebrae of your spine.
And feel heaviness into the back of the head,
Just realizing those sensations in this moment.
And then slowly place the palms onto the navel of your tummy.
And feel the motion of your palms rising and falling as you breathe in the breath and let it go.
And taking this moment to know that sensation.
Allow your breaths to be deep and slow.
Inhaling and out through the nose.
And feel heaviness against the eyes.
Allow them to sink deeper and deeper.
And as you breathe in,
You'll be doing a count of four.
And as you breathe out,
Be doing a count of eight.
So take this moment to inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,

Inhale one,

Take this moment to take inhales long and deep,
And exhales long and deep.
Notice the sensation of your body and how you feel in this moment.
Feel how clear the mind is,
How awakened your senses are.
I want you to continue this practice for a period of 10 minutes during your meditation completely.
Within time,
You start to notice that the capacity that you take in and take out through your lungs starts to increase.
The limitations you have created of being able to intake and remove as far as your breath becomes larger and the limitations start to diminish.
The more you allow the oxygen to bring itself deeply within your body and to deeply release,
It allows you to fully heal for that oxygen to roam deeply through every gland,
Every muscle and through the bloodstream.
It awakens a better communication between your mind and your body.
So take this moment of a guideline to continue through your practice and see where it goes,
To know that the mind creates limitations,
So keep exhaling deeply for those eight counts.
The more you do it,
The more you realize you can do it indeed.
So trust in your experience and enjoy.
Namaste.
