Take this moment to bring yourself into a comfortable meditation pose,
Either seated or laying down on your backs.
So take this time to bring yourself to a pose that feels most comfortable for you.
If you are seated,
You can place a pillow underneath your sit bones to help your spine align and grow.
Today's meditation is going to be about clearing,
Purifying,
And relaxing.
And awakening.
Listen to my voice.
Feel your eyelids closing deeply,
Feeling its heaviness,
Allowing it to become heavier and heavier.
Notice that feeling.
Allow your breath to move very slowly,
Streaming through the body.
Notice that sensation and how it feels.
And feel the ground below you.
Feel it firming deeper and deeper into the body,
Noticing how that feels as you breathe slowly and deeply.
Feel your body sinking and sinking.
Notice the sensation.
Notice how you feel.
And imagine water surfacing along the body,
Caressing the skin.
Feel the motion of the water covering your body completely as if you're underwater.
Breathing slowly and deeply.
As you're underwater,
Hear nothing but my voice,
The echoes of your breath,
And a gentle mute of other sounds that surround you,
Becoming more subtle and subtle.
Notice how you feel in the water,
Noticing the sound of your breath,
And notice any other details surrounding you.
Notice the color of the water,
How deep it is as you breathe very slowly.
And allow yourself to start swimming into the water,
Noticing in what direction you move towards,
How fast or slow you are moving.
Notice what you feel in this moment.
Take your time to observe as you breathe slowly and deeply.
Keep swimming.
Notice all the memories and moments that come flashing through your mind.
Allow them to pass by.
Your thumb.
Wherever you are,
Allow yourself to swim up to the surface of the water,
Moving very slowly,
And the higher you go,
The more you see.
Until you make your way right at the surface,
Pop your hat and breathe in the fresh air,
Taking a nice deep inhale,
And exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose,
Release through the mouth.
And as you're here,
Allow yourself to float onto the surface of the water.
Because if you choose to float on the front of your body or the back of your body,
Allow yourself to let go of any control.
Open your body as you surrender,
And allow the movement of the water to move your body.
Notice the feeling of floating.
Hearing the water against your ears,
Notice that sensation.
Feel yourself moving at a very gradual pace,
Slowly and slowly,
As you close your eyes,
Trusting the water to take you.
Just breathe here.
Enjoy being lifted,
Supported,
And moved.
Feel calm and relaxed.
Feel the gentleness of the water against you.
Breathing as you hear your breath echoing louder and louder.
Notice the sound of your breath and how you feel.
Feel how fresh the air is as it moves through your body.
Notice that feeling.
Allow every tension you hold to wash away and to soften.
Realizing yourself to be fully supported by the water that takes you and moves you.
Open to your breath,
Allow it to move very slowly.
And as you hear,
Wherever you are floating and floating,
Open your eyes and look up to the sky.
I notice what you see,
Notice if it's nighttime or daytime.
Notice all the details amongst your eyes.
Become aware.
Take time here to observe and to breathe.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
Notice each time you let go of your breath,
Your body softens and you move closer to the shore.
Allow yourself to let go and to be moved by trusting the environment around you.
And find yourself moving closer and closer to the shore without moving this single bit of your body,
But allowing your exhales to allow your body to let go and to be moved.
So let's answer this question,
Are you alt- lineup,
Are you And as you come very near to the shore,
Allow yourself to stand up and to walk.
And let go as a sensation as you stand and gently walk one foot forward and the other.
Allow yourself to stop wherever you are.
Look around and notice what you see.
Notice all the details,
How they make you feel.
And from here,
Allow yourself to sit down.
Feel how long the spine is.
Looking towards the water that you have just come from and noticing what you see.
As you look towards the water,
Notice how you feel.
Breathing slowly.
And as you sit there,
Close through your eyes and feel an opening through the base of your spine and an opening to the top of the hat.
Feel the openings get bigger and bigger.
Notice the sensation and what you feel in this moment.
And feel a stream of water from the sky.
Gently drop like a stream of light through the top of the head,
Throughout your body,
Moving downward through the base of your spine and falling into the ground.
Notice that continuous sensation of water streaming down from above,
Moving through your body and into the ground.
Feel it clearing away all the debris within your mind,
Within your body,
Being washed away.
Continue to feel that sensation.
Notice the sensation of the water streaming through you.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Breathe slowly.
Feel the stream of water to push away the debris away from your body and into the ground.
Notice how big the stream of water is or how little it is.
Now,
I'm seeing if it's cool to the touch or warm,
Feel where it's moving.
Follow the stream as it passes and passes,
Clearing away all the debris within you.
Breathe.
Continue to feel the sensation,
Maybe noticing the stream get bigger and bigger,
Noticing the pressure become heavier and heavier as it moves through your body.
Breathing slowly and deeply.
Breathing slowly and deeply.
And slowly feel the opening at the top of your head,
Gently closing and closing each time you exhale.
And notice that sensation as it closes and closes.
Until it's completely closed,
Feeling the pressure at the top of your head,
Noticing what you feel in this moment.
And slowly feeling with every exhale the opening of the base of the spine,
Closing and closing.
Notice what you feel.
Feel it completely closes,
Noticing the pressure there as you breathe.
And listen to the echoes of your breath and noticing the sensation of the breath and how it moves inside your body.
Taking a very slow inhale as your body gently expands within and let go through the mouth.
Exhale slowly as your body slowly expands and expands and let go through the mouth.
Slowly become aware of where you are in this moment,
Wiggling through the toes and fingers,
Falling through the wrists and the ankles.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently awaken through your eyes.
Notice how clear you feel,
Notice the clarity within your mind and your breath,
How relaxed your body feels and how recharged you feel.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Namaste.
