Reiki Blessing Tree

In this guided mediation create in your mind a Blessing tree. In your mind's eye create a tree. You are the creator of this tree. Each leaf on your blessing tree can have a person's name, a special event, date , business, intention, dream, affirmation or Goal. As I assist in providing Reiki to you and everything on this tree. The Reiki will continue to flow on your tree or trees for as long as you need it.

Hello,

My name is Tracy Seawright and I am the Feather Sister and I invite you today for this distance healing technique of a blessing tree.

And this is a tree that you can list family and friends,

Even dates or special moments in your life that you will send blessings to.

So I invite you to find a comfortable seat or a place where you can comfortably lie down.

So begin to situate yourself into a comfortable position.

You can add in a blanket for over the body or place it nearby or you can place a pillow under the head.

If you are seated,

I will invite you to have the feet rooted into the ground and you can gently place your hands on the top parts of your thigh and elongate that spine and bring those shoulders up to the ears and back like a waterfall.

So if your eyes are closed,

We will begin to focus on the breath.

Invite the body to become calm and relaxed.

Follow the breath and begin just to soften the body from the top of the head all the way down to the toes.

And if you are laying down,

You can place your hands over the heart center or somewhere on the body where it feels comfortable.

And during this practice,

I will send the Reiki energy through you and around you.

Focus on the breath,

Soft and slow.

Now with your eyes closed,

I will invite you into the center between the eyebrow to begin to imagine.

Imagine a place maybe you have been to or you'd like to visit,

A safe place.

And this place that we will choose,

This is going to be a place where you're going to create your tree.

So I'm going to invite you to create your very own unique blessing tree.

So this is self-created.

So find your location.

Begin to scout it out.

Is it in a field with green grass?

Is it up in snow-capped mountains?

Is it located among many other trees in the forest?

Begin to pick your location of your tree.

Take some time to really visualize the details of where you'd like this tree to be.

And when you find this place,

Stand back just a little bit.

You're relaxed,

You're calm,

And we're allowing the Reiki energy to begin to flow through you and into your heart.

Now when you get a sense of exactly where you'd like your tree to go,

Decide exactly where you want it to be.

Look around at all the elements around where you are.

Trees,

Grass,

Flowers,

Water.

Now when you find that exact perfect spot,

Have a little bit of distance between you and the tree so you can see it in all its entirety.

So as you stand back,

You'll begin to look at your tree.

So now it is your turn to create.

What is your tree going to look like?

Will it be large or small?

Will it be lush?

What color is it going to be?

Green,

Purple,

Blue,

Maybe even rainbow?

Will it have many leaves?

Will it have a strong trunk?

Begin to create and design this tree.

Slowly begin to add in the details.

It can be any size.

It can even be a fantasy tree.

Take the time to really bring in the details,

The leaves,

The trunks,

The roots.

Are there birds in your tree?

Is there nuts or fruits in the tree?

Maybe you can see the roots of your tree too.

Are they thick?

Do they grow deep down into the earth?

Or do you have a small tree that's just beginning to grow?

Now as you begin to create this tree,

You begin to feel the sun begin to warm your face.

And as you begin to inhale the smell of the fresh air,

Oh,

It smells so clear and fresh.

In the sky,

As you look up,

Not a single cloud in the sky,

The sun is shining.

All the colors are in technicolor,

The brightest greens and blues and reds.

Take some time to bring in all the beautiful feelings that you have with this beautiful place and really get the sense of everything around you.

As you breathe in the essence of where you are and the harmony and peace.

Now as you see this tree beginning to grow right in front of your eyes and it begins to fill in,

You walk close to the tree and you wrap your arms around the strong trunk.

And as you're hugging this tree,

You begin to look up.

As you look up,

You see the canopy of beautiful leaves and the light gently begins to shine down through it.

The sun is glistening through these leaves as they gently sway in the breeze.

Now as you are hugging your tree,

You're holding onto it and you declare this tree is yours.

This will be your blessing tree.

And as you inhale the essence of this tree,

And as you feel the Reiki energy beginning to flow through you and around you.

Now as this is your tree,

We're going to begin to place your intention of what you want the tree to receive.

These blessings of source,

The sun and the earth is healing.

And as you're calling this intention in,

Whether it's the highest good,

Grace and ease,

Begin to power up this tree,

Say your intention.

And as you imagine that the Reiki energy is being pulled up through the earth,

Through the roots,

Into the trunk and into the leaves,

And you see that your tree is beginning to light up and glow with this energy and feel this loving energy light begin to rain down from the leaves onto you.

As you see that this love and light is showering down from the sun,

The source of life and lighting up every single tree,

And you feel the love and light through this tree.

And as you gently place your arms down and back away from the tree,

Begin to imagine that each single leaf on this tree has either someone you love,

A date,

A goal,

Or a dream.

Begin to fill in every single leaf on that tree.

There is no limit that can be written on this tree,

On these leaves.

Write your intention.

Know that this tree will never die.

Every leaf has an intention.

You simply just have to place it on the leaf.

All these leaves are created for your intention.

And know that these intentions will never be removed.

They will always be there.

These leaves will never fall to the ground,

And they will live forever.

So each person,

Situation,

Animal,

Anything and all that you want to send your blessings to can go in this tree.

You simply have to imagine the name or picture on the leaf,

And know that your tree will never be filled.

So fill it with everything you desire,

Everything you dream of,

Everything that is important to you.

Begin to fill your tree in,

And know you can always make more than one tree.

You can create a forest if you like.

So as you fill in your tree,

Know that it is always available,

And any time during the day,

Maybe before you go to sleep or when you wake up in the morning,

You can send blessings to your blessing tree.

So any and all that are on this tree receive those blessings of their highest good.

And know this tree now as through me is filled with Reiki,

This universal energy life force of love and light vibration,

Only sending love and highest good to all and anything on the tree.

So be creative with your tree.

Imagine your business card.

Imagine an anniversary,

A birthday.

Even those who have crossed over and no longer here with us,

They can be on your tree as well.

So fill your tree and make endless trees if you'd like,

And know this healing,

Loving energy will continue to flow through and around,

So above and so below this tree.

And as you step a little closer to this tree,

You place your arms around the trunk of the tree and squeezing it a little bit tighter and placing that intent into the tree.

And as your arms go down and you back off from the tree,

You take a moment to admire this tree and know that it is always there.

You simply need to send the blessings.

So with your eyes closed and hands on the heart,

You begin to bring your awareness back to this moment in time,

But know your tree is always there and you can always send the blessings to it.

So bring your awareness back to the breath,

Feel the rise and fall of your chest,

And let that sensation of calm stay in the body,

That sensation of ease in the body,

And you can gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

And then on your next exhalation,

Begin to open your eyes and come back to this moment in time.

Your tree will still be there and it will still have everything you placed on the tree,

On the leaves,

And know at any time you can always add more.

So this completes our blessing tree,

And I ask that the Reiki continue to flow as long as you and your tree or trees need it,

And I ask that all of your life lessons be done with grace and ease and harm to none.
