Self-esteem daily affirmations within your amethyst crystal cave.

Begin to imagine in your mind a large crystal cave.

Imagine this cave is made out of purple amethyst crystal.

It is spacious,

Filled with light,

And when you enter you feel completely at ease inside.

Picture this cave and see yourself happy and calm standing within it.

Create and add any details to your crystal cave.

Visualize how it looks.

Create the picture in your mind's eye.

Allow yourself to fully feel and experience what it is like to be within the walls of your beautiful cave.

Notice how you are comfortable enjoying the pleasant temperature,

Taking in the stillness,

And just relaxing.

Enjoy the way you feel in your cave of safety.

Feel the peace within yourself and take a deep breath in and out.

Remain in your peaceful amethyst cave while you build and raise your self-esteem for the day.

Imagine,

Feel,

Repeat,

And integrate all of the following affirmations as if they are true for you right now in this very moment.

Enjoy this self-esteem relaxation energy that is flowing from the universe to you.
