Sirah (or Ezra) was very excited to host and hold space for her first ever, very soothing, live meditation event. The plan was to say hello to each other, have a little chat about meditation, and then enjoy a guided journey to visit your crystal cave and sit upon your obsidian throne. While in your cave you will have a chance to absorb high vibrational golden light energy, download messages from the other side, receive gifts from Spirit, and connect with your authentic higher self. This meditation is a recharge and reconnection for your Spirit. When you are feeling low, heavy, unhappy, and ungrounded, a meditative trip to your special cave can transmute those vibrations instantly and painlessly. Recorded Tuesday January 23,2023. I am very excited to be here.

Ezra means the helper,

And Alaya means on the path towards the light,

And that's what I'm doing here tonight.

That's what I do in my job.

That's what I do on the daily,

Is simply help people find their light,

Their path,

And support them on that,

Because it's gonna look different for everybody.

I've been doing this work,

Been doing energy work,

And sound healing,

And empath work since 2010,

And tonight is very special because it's my first official meditation with you guys.

I've done live events.

I've done sound healing before.

I've talked about empaths,

But tonight is special because I'm gonna do a meditation that's very close to my heart,

Something that's helped me a lot,

And I hope that helps you a lot.

Simply because where you're at geographically,

But it's been crazy,

And I bet other people,

So I'm glad we're here.

Let's kind of get started,

Then you know that I like to chit-chat for about five,

Sometimes 15 minutes,

And it just kind of gives people a chance to come in,

Get settled.

I'll give you some ideas on how to get yourself comfortable,

And you're welcome to chit-chat with each other in the chat and things like that.

I'm going to check in with the chat every once in a while and see what you guys are saying,

But my job is to have this amazing live event for you this evening,

And that's what we're going to do.

And then it's also a fabulous place because we're all kind of on the same wellness journey,

And this gives us a place to come and hang out without all of that extra noise,

With all that extra clutter that a lot of platforms can sometimes bring.

So I appreciate you being here,

And it's an absolute honor to be here with Insight Timer.

Like I've said before,

Normally I do either sound healing,

Or I talk about some of my courses that I have here on Insight Timer about empaths,

Or solfege frequencies,

Or my crystal liar,

Serenity,

Who plays beautiful ethereal music.

But today we're doing something different.

I am taking a step into something new for 2024,

And I've been doing meditation and guided meditations personally on my own wellness journey for years.

I recently have found a group that we do our own meditations here.

We get together and just kind of talk about it,

And create,

And have a good time.

So I thought why not take it to this platform.

I just put out a course here on Insight Timer all about meditation,

And I love for you to check it out if you have a second and you're interested.

It's called Easy and Gentle Guided Meditations to Improve the Quality of Your Life,

And it's my first time doing this kind of healing and wellness.

Like I said,

Normally I'm a sound bath facilitator,

Or I'm talking about being an empath,

A highly sensitive person.

So this is going to be a little different for me.

Please bear with me.

Please give me a little bit of grace,

And also make sure that you're taken care of,

This only works meditation,

Sound healing,

Your wellness journey only works when you set yourself up for success,

Okay?

So that means grab yourself a nice warm non-caffeine,

Non-caffeinated beverage,

Okay?

Something to help you soothe and feel good,

Or I always,

You know,

Always have water with me.

Water is one of the number one things you can put in your body to help you move energy,

Refuel yourself,

Help to get rid of the negative energies,

Release old patterns.

Water's fabulous,

Okay?

So have those couple of things with you.

Keep yourself hydrated.

During this meditation,

You're also completely welcome to get comfortable,

Lay down on your couch,

In your bed.

I know that you can take me in lots of different places in your room if you're on your phone,

Or even if you're on a laptop or a tablet.

So get yourself comfortable,

My friend,

Okay?

If you're sitting in a chair,

Make sure you've got neck supports,

Or you put something back there so you have neck support.

Make sure you have a little bit of a blanket.

Sometimes when we're meditating and doing sound healing,

And we're just kind of still,

Our body tends to get a little bit cold.

So have a little blanket.

And then also,

If it's something where having earbuds in helps to improve your general quality of the meditation,

Please,

I suggest you do so.

Sometimes I like putting headbuds in.

I will do that.

You will hear me mix up headphones and earbuds.

I do it all the time,

And I call them headbuds.

So I might just start calling them headbuds,

Because then you guys know what I'm talking about.

You know I'm talking about either one or the other.

Anyway,

If you'd like a little bit more of a personal and intense experience without all that loud noise and extra chatter that happens that we don't even really realize is out there,

Feel free to put something in your ears and just kind of give yourself that more personal and direct shot with this meditation,

This is what we're going to do.

I want everyone to get yourself comfortable because I'm going to start chit-chatting about meditation.

Okay.

And it's going to go real simple and easy because I'm going to do just again,

A little quick chit-chat about what meditation is,

Why we do it,

What the benefits are,

And then we're going to dive into it.

And it's going to be so fun.

So what is meditation?

Okay.

Pretty much meditation is any type of practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques.

Okay.

So let's break this down.

That means literally meditation can be movement.

Meditation can be repetitive.

Meditation can be guided.

Meditation can be spiritual.

Meditation can be pretty much a practice.

So something that you're doing on a regular basis,

Because that's what a practice is,

That is helping you to either focus your mind so that it's clearing and so that it's quieting down the chatter,

Or it's helping you to clear your mind to actually remove all of that icky stuff that can get stuck in there.

Okay.

And why do we meditate?

Well,

Meditating actually not only helps our brain relax,

Like it does in brain states and like sound baths,

How it helps us drop our brain state down,

But because our brain is constantly going,

And whether we're giving it direction or not,

Our subconscious is always going.

When you meditate and give your body that direction,

That clear focus,

It gives you muscle memory that tips the scale for your wellness.

Okay.

So just like how it takes 30 days to create a new skill and to keep it a new habit and to actually have it integrate and have it work for you,

It takes 30 days.

Same thing with meditation.

It's something you need to practice.

It's something you put into play.

And you also try a whole bunch of different things.

Okay.

It took me a lot of different trials of meditation before I realized,

You know,

I'm not into some of them.

It doesn't work for me.

And it's not anything negative to the people that it works for or to the actual meditation technique.

It's just not something that binds with my energy and what I'm looking for.

So that is why myself personally,

I really love guided meditations and guided meditations are fabulous because you get to just relax and enjoy the person leading you on the journey.

And then within that journey,

There are little things that help to bring your brain state down,

Help to get your body physically relaxed,

Help to get your brain so that you're not in fight or flight.

And we have,

We're creating a better baseline so that we can actually start from a space of love,

Comfort,

And safety,

As opposed to starting from a space of fight or flight,

Freaking out,

Oh my gosh,

I can't handle this and just going from zero to 10.

Okay.

So meditation helps us to find that baseline.

And like I said,

There's tons of different types of meditation out there.

Insight timer is phenomenal for introducing different types of meditation.

So check it out.

Let me know what you think.

What we're going to do is I'm going to set you up for this guided meditation,

And we're going to just hang out.

And it's going to take about 10 minutes,

Actually,

It's going to take longer than that,

Because I want to give you in between,

There's going to be about five minutes where we're going to just let you be in this meditation.

Okay.

I'm not going to tell you anything.

I'm not going to guide you anywhere.

This is your time to one,

Enjoy the experience.

Two,

See what comes to you.

We're going to be going to our crystal cave and sitting on our obsidian throne.

OMG.

So what's going to happen when you're on your obsidian throne?

That's what's so cool is this meditation is going to be different for each one of us.

And then afterwards we'll talk about what happens.

Things to be aware of when we're in our crystal cave and you're sitting on your obsidian throne,

You very well could be talking to any guide,

Any guardian and any ancestor.

You can also be seeing colors.

You can be seeing shapes.

You could be seeing stories,

Memories.

There's lots of things that can happen in this five minutes that I'm going to give you to just kind of be and enjoy yourself in this cave,

In this beautiful crystal cave we're going to go to.

And like I said,

Then we're going to talk about it after there's no right or wrong answers.

If you're in this meditation and you're not really feeling it,

Or you can't follow it visually,

That's okay too.

Honey,

I ain't judging you.

Nobody's judging you.

We are all human together,

Learning something new.

And I've said it before in all of my other lives,

I am here to hold space and to present different styles and different techniques and different ways of doing stuff.

And your job is to figure out out of the things that I'm saying,

What works for you.

So if something doesn't work,

If something doesn't feel good,

If something doesn't,

Isn't aligned with you and your healing journey,

Then please throw it out.

Know that I love you know that I'm still supporting you and you go find what you need to find.

Okay.

Or take what I'm giving you and adjust it.

Maybe you like this crystal cave meditation,

But you want to add stuff to it,

Or you want to take something away to make it more personal.

We just need to shift the pattern.

Then we're going to be fine.

And that's all that it is,

Is you taking that step of shifting your pattern.

Okay.

And we're going to do that today.

Here we go.

Really good so that I'm not doing it in the middle of the meditation.

Oh,

We got to be silly.

There's no point in not being silly,

You know?

Okay,

Here we go.

I'm going to pull up my notes.

So my friend,

This is your chance.

Get yourself comfortable,

Get yourself relaxed,

Put your feet up,

Chill out.

We're going to just enjoy this time and this space together.

We're going to get ready to take this beautiful journey together into your crystal cave.

We're going to start out by just taking a few deep,

Deep breaths.

Okay.

Nice deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Good job.

So get yourself comfortable and close your eyes,

My friends.

When you are feeling centered and grounded,

I want you to begin to imagine you are standing in front of a huge old growth forest.

The trees in this forest are hundreds,

If not thousands of years old.

They smell of moss and bark and are so tall,

They tower over you with protection and wisdom.

As you gaze at the forest's beauty,

A walking path appears in front of you.

Walking towards it,

Feelings of excitement and comfortability bubble up inside of you.

You know this path will lead you to somewhere very special,

To your crystal cave,

The place where you can connect with your higher self,

Guides,

And ancestors.

With your first step onto the gravel path,

A gentle breeze whooshes from behind you,

Nudging you forward.

Your eyes begin to adjust to the dimmer light and you see huge branches covered in leaves,

All of different green colors with moss and ferns all over the forest floor.

You hear the soothing melodies of many different birds and an occasional whoosh from their wings as they soar through the trees high above you.

The rays from the sun shine through the tree's canopy,

Illuminating the path in golden rays of light.

As you continue moving forward,

You come upon a little stream,

No more than two inches deep,

And without fear,

You simply walk over it with ease.

The forest path continues with a few twists and gentle turns until you come upon a huge forest fallen tree blocking your path.

You cannot go around it,

It's too big.

You have to go over it.

So you sit down on the fallen tree and swing your legs over.

As you do so,

You feel the rough bark under your hands and hear the gentle scraping against your clothes as you hoist yourself over the log and plant your two feet safely back on the walking path.

Continuing forward,

The path begins to straighten out.

The forest canopy opens up,

Revealing a huge towering mountain in front of you.

The path leads directly into a cave at the base of the mountain.

Seeing this cave brings up feelings of safety and comfort.

You have no fear of the cave or what it holds.

The feelings you are experiencing are those of coming home and being grounded to Mother Earth.

You happily walk towards the cave and as you enter,

You put your fingers on the warm rocks and allow the grounding energy from the mountain to enter your auric field.

The feeling of familiarity washes over you.

As you leave the light and enter the cave,

It takes a few moments for your eyes to adjust.

The first thing you notice is that the walls seem to sparkle and glisten.

With every move you make,

The light dances and reflects from one side of the cave to the other.

But from what,

You wonder?

As you step forward to take a closer look,

You notice the walls are made of deep purple amethyst.

The cave itself seems to be an amethyst geode.

A wave of calm flows over you.

Your soul knows this place and the smile stretches across your face.

Home,

Your spirit whispers from inside of you.

The air is cool on your skin and little bits of light are raining down from above you.

When you look up,

Your eyes are drawn to the middle of the cave where there hangs a Lemurian quartz crystal chandelier.

It takes up over half of the ceiling.

This chandelier is harnessing and channeling a golden stream of light just for you.

You notice the light is flowing downwards and allowing your eyes to follow.

They come to look upon a shiny black throne,

Carved out of gigantic obsidian crystal.

You know this is your throne and feel the pull to once again sit down and receive the universal wisdom from your higher self.

You walk right up to your obsidian throne and proudly take your seat.

As soon as you do,

You feel the grounding energy from the throne remove any negative energy that you were holding onto and the golden light begins streaming into you and filling you up.

Experience,

Observe,

And absorb any messages,

Feelings,

Pictures,

Or stories that come to you at this moment.

Take the next five minutes to bask in this energy.

It is your life force and a direct connection to your higher authentic self.

Begin to finish up and end any messages or downloads.

Once you are feeling full,

It's time to say goodbye to your obsidian throne and your crystal cave.

You can come back at any time and for however long or short as you would like.

But for now,

Before you stand up from your obsidian throne,

Look around and absorb the beauty surrounding you.

Remember what your crystal cave looks like looks like,

Feels like,

Smells like,

And take comfort that at any time you are feeling lost or alone,

You can journey to your crystal cave to receive support and love from the universal energies,

Guides,

Guardians,

And ancestors.

When you have made your memory and are feeling full and happy,

Stand up and step away from your obsidian throne.

Begin to walk towards the light of the cave's doorway.

And as you step out and back into the sunlight,

You whisper to all the energies and spiritual beings that supported you on this energetic journey.

You slowly and confidently follow the path away from the mountain and back into the forest.

As you meander on the path that seems very familiar now,

You come back to the log.

This time,

Swinging your legs over the log just seems a little bit easier than before.

You feel physically and mentally lighter.

The birds continue singing for you as you walk the windy,

Graveled path,

And you feel the wind still gently nudging you forward.

You notice the colors of the forest are more vibrant.

Sounds from the birds are clearer,

And you can recognize feelings of oneness flowing through your body and mind.

As you approach the stream,

You simply hop over it and enjoy the trickling sounds of water behind you as you continue walking on your path.

More and more light begins to filter through the trees,

And eventually you emerge from where you once began,

And you are standing at the entrance of the old growth forest.

Take this time to take a few deep breaths to allow yourself to gently come back into this present time and space.

Have a sip of water.

Gently begin to open your eyes.

If you want to journal,

This is an excellent time to journal.

And just kind of allow yourself a moment to be here in the space.

And I think it will really take the healing and the ethereal music that she creates to a whole mother level.
