To invoke your energy means to call on it in prayer, as a witness, or for inspiration. We are energetic beings, and everywhere we go, a little of our energy and energetic footprints are left behind. This is a natural process of our energetic bodies and until your awakening, this process usually doesn't hinder your life. Yet, as you awaken, becoming more in tune with yourself and those around you, you become aware of all the places you may have "left" some of your energy. Hi friends,

I'm Sarah or you can call me Ezra by my medicine name and I'm just very thrilled that you found this track.

I have created this track specifically because it was something that I was unaware of when I started my wellness journey and when my guide and supporter informed me that as I lived my life on this 3D planet as a human everywhere I went and all the experiences that I had I left a little bit of my energy there and this is not a bad thing this is how energy works but as I became an energy worker and sound facilitator and also became more sensitive and more in tune to myself and just wanting to be more authentic I realized that I wanted that energy back so I did some meditating and I was graced by spirit and the divine as I was meditating with these words and I'm going to share them with you you're going to hear a sound of a bell and then about 30 seconds of my crystal singing bowl music just to kind of give you a moment to breathe and get into the feeling of this meditation and be with yourself and then I'm going to begin to say the meditation and you can just simply repeat after me I'll leave enough space after each line and you just say it and repeat it with love with positive intention and feeling all of your energy come back to you I am one with source I call back any and all of my energy that I have left in another time place or dimension I call back any and all of my energy from any interactions I have had with others I release any energy that is not mine and does not serve my highest and greatest good and so it is amen blessed be it is so
