This Yoga Nidra leads you through 61 vital points in the body, shifting your awareness inward and allowing your nervous system to deeply reset. Unlike standard relaxation techniques, this practice works directly with nerve-rich energy centers, promoting balance and clarity. By systematically focusing on these points, your mind becomes more one pointed, making it especially useful for those who experience restlessness or mental overwhelm. Think of it as a brain reboot - perfect for ADHD minds, overthinkers, and anyone craving clarity, calm, and deep rest. Let go. Follow my voice. And allow yourself to sink into effortless stillness. (Note: This is an advanced practice. If you're new to Yoga Nidra, start with a foundational session first!. You'll gain a lot more out of this one once you have that initial understanding). In this 61 point practice,

You will redirect the flow of your mind from the outward channel of your senses to the subtle inner levels of your mind-body connection and the vital energy that sustains it.

The practice of 61 points is a deep and complete release.

It affects your physical body by working deeply on your nervous system.

Systematic relaxations generally focus on relaxing muscle groups,

But 61 points focuses on vital,

Nerve-rich points in your body,

Helping to balance the subtle energies and increase your mental harmony in the process.

61 points trains your mind to be one-pointed,

As you direct your attention in an orderly fashion for a definite period of time,

You increase your ability to concentrate.

A one-pointed mind is helpful in all areas of life,

But it is indispensable in the journey toward self-realization.

It begins to shift the direction of your attention inward.

Inward time is a wonderful beast,

A creature that possesses philanthropic abilities.

Time is a movement blending between worlds.

Let in.

Time is above the clouds looking down at a shoreline with turquoise waters and white sand,

Estuaries and river systems all leading out to their own green forest lands and realms beyond thought,

Beyond emotion.

Observe your abdomen now as it rises and falls with the gentle flow of your breath.

Now follow my voice,

Let my voice become your voice,

And let each part of your body sink as you hear that body part named.

As you bring your awareness back to the center between your eyebrows,

Allow yourself to rest in the stillness you've cultivated.

Feel the harmony flowing through your body,

The gentle rhythm of your breath grounding you in the present moment.

Trust that the balance and clarity you've nurtured here will stay with you as you return to your day.

When you feel ready,

Begin to deepen your breath,

Inviting small movements into your fingers and toes.

Stretch softly as though waking from a peaceful dream and open your eyes whenever it feels natural.

Carry this sense of calm and connection with you,

Knowing that you can always return to this practice and the sanctuary within yourself.

Your practice is complete.
