Welcome to your morning meditation practice for setting intentions for the day.

My name is Eva and I'll be your guide.

Please find a comfortable position.

Think about your back being a little bit straighter than usual but not uncomfortable.

Relax your shoulders.

You can place your hands on your lap and whenever you feel ready gently close your eyes or you can have a soft gaze if you prefer and let's take a deep breath together and slowly exhale and again take a deep breath in feeling your body taking this deep breath and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Feel the tension leaving your body with its exhale allowing yourself to relax more deeply with its breath and you can find your own rhythm of breathing in and out.

Now bring your awareness to the present moment.

Notice the sensations in your body,

The sounds around you,

Perhaps the feeling of the air against your skin.

Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment letting go of any thoughts about the past or future.

I love this quote by Amit Ray saying open the window of your mind.

Allow the fresh air,

New lights and new truths to enter.

So open the window of your mind.

You may place your hands on your heart feeling the warmth of your skin and the drumming of your heartbeat singing to a deep connection with yourself,

Your heart,

Your desires,

Yourself.

Today I start my day with gratitude.

Gratitude for my breath,

Gratitude for my body,

Gratitude for my life,

For this opportunity to live another day.

Gratitude for the people who love me and whom I have the privilege of loving.

Gratitude for food and shelter,

Gratitude for the pain that teaches me and the joy that guides me.

Thank you for this day.

Buddha says it's morning we are born again.

What we do today is what matters the most.

So take a moment to reflect on the day ahead.

Ask yourself how do I want to feel?

How do I want to feel?

And let your mind wander.

Let it create images of the world and the experiences you want to see.

See yourself in the changes and shifts you desire.

See yourself doing what you've been dreaming of.

See yourself being the person you have envisioned.

And with every breath connect more deeply to the feelings that are ignited by these images.

Visualize yourself moving through your day with grace and ease.

Feel a sense of calm and confidence radiating from within you as you navigate whatever challenges may arise.

And as you continue to breathe deeply repeat the following intentions silently to yourself.

I set the intention to approach this day with an open heart and a clear mind.

I choose to embrace its moment with gratitude and presence.

I am capable,

Resilient and worthy of all the good that comes my way.

I send love and kindness to myself and to all beings I encounter today.

May my actions align with my highest values.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Reconnect to your body again now and honor all the feelings that have come through and bring them with you into your day.

Trusting that these feelings are what create the world that you want to see.

Take one last breath in.

Slowly release.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Gently stretch your body if you feel the need.

And when you're ready gently open your eyes.

You can thank yourself for taking this time to set your intention for the day.

Thank you for being here.

Have a wonderful and fulfilling day ahead.

Namaste.
