I really enjoyed the message you shared that we don't necessarily need to understand or name the barriers that are released, as something inside us always knows. That is very comforting, as I find that I often judge myself if I cannot name something to release in the time given in meditations. Knowing that just a willingness to let go will help is very comforting. Thank you for sharing!

But this was a really profound letting go. I have been working on freeing myself of this particular scrawny 'cow' for awhile, so this was both very enlightening and a big relief to finally get rid of it. 💫

So, what is my scrawny cow? What must I let go of in order to sing my song? I know the answer (I think) but fear facing it. Your greater point might be to surrender and not think and given a Spirit not to fear. . I'll listen again.
