Heather is a lover of meditation, yoga, reiki, vegetables, nature, and playing with her dog, Snoop. She is a published poet and children's book author. She has been guiding yoga and meditation for adults and children in DC since 2014. She loves organizing community yoga, women's gatherings, and meditations in the nation's capital.
