Welcome to another affirmations audio and today we are going to be doing affirmations for smoking cessation.

And I wonder if we can take a deep breath.

Take a deep breath,

Inhale from your nose and exhale from your mouth.

Take another deep breath.

That's right and exhale.

Take the third deep breath.

And exhale from your mouth.

That's right.

You are now listening to the sound of my voice and the sound of my voice only.

And I wonder if you can repeat these affirmations after me in your mind.

I am a non smoker.

I take care of my mind and body.

I look forward to living each day as a smoke free day.

I enjoy being a non smoker.

Smoking cigarettes is a thing of the past.

I drink plenty of water every day.

I save money as a non smoker.

I breathe fresh air.

My lungs are healing with every passing day.

My skin glows with radiance and health.

I live a smoke free life.

I respect my body.

I love my freedom as a non smoker.

I have deep love for my body and health.

I am in control.

I am stronger than a cigarette.

I am able to smell and taste better.

I am a non smoker.

I love myself fully,

Completely and deeply.
