Minute Meditation to Calm Anxiety

Adecuado para
Todos

When anxiety arises, the mind often rushes ahead into what might happen, while the body remains stuck in a state of alertness that can be difficult to switch off. In this practice, we gently work in the opposite direction, bringing attention back to the body, the breath, and the present moment so that activation can begin to settle. Throughout these minutes, we will use conscious breathing, sensory grounding, and mindful observation of thoughts to help you create some distance from worry and reconnect with a calmer inner state. You can use this meditation at any time of day when you notice anxiety, restlessness, worry, or mental overwhelm. You do not need to eliminate everything you are feeling. The intention is to give yourself a few minutes to pause, regulate your system, and allow your body and mind to return to a calmer state gradually. #anxiety #anxietymeditation #10minutemeditation #guidedmeditation #relaxation #mindfulness #breathwork #mentalcalm #stressrelief

For the next few minutes,

We are not going to try to force away what you are feeling.

No necesitas hacerte sentir tranquila,

You may sit down or lie down.

And if it feels comfortable,

Gently close your eyes.

For these next few minutes,

There is nothing you need to solve.

Just be here.

What we should do.

Your feet on the floor.

Your legs on the chair.

Estás de vuelta siendo apoyado.

Or the weight of your body resting on the bed.

There is nothing you need to change.

Simplemente reconozca una realidad muy simple.

Right now,

You are here.

Ahora trae tu atención a tu respiración.

No intenten profundizarlo aún.

And allow the exhalation to be just a little longer than the inhalation.

Inhala suavemente.

Y exhala lentamente.

You do not have to relax completely.

Just One Degree.

Y luego otro.

Y tal vez otro.

Ahora preste atención a tres sensaciones físicas.

Primero,

Pause there for a few seconds.

Entonces,

Your hands.

You're breathing.

If a thought appears,

There is no need to push it away.

And come back.

SUPPORT Hands.

BREATH The mind may wander again.

That does not mean you are doing the practice incorrectly.

Coming back is the practice.

No necesitas analizarlo.

You do not need to enter into its content.

Simplemente noten que está ahí.

Y en lugar de decir mentalmente,

Esto va a suceder,

Intenta decir,

It may seem like a small difference,

But notice what happens when you place a few words between yourself and the thought.

You are not denying it.

.

.

Y luego vuelvo al cuerpo.

El apoyo de debajo de ti.

Your hands.

Your Breathing.

Right now,

You do not need to solve the future.

No necesitamos medirlo.

Take one final gentle inhale and let the breath leave slowly.

Comienza a mover tus dedos.

Your toes.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Antes de continuar con tu día,

Recuerda algo simple.

Feel your hands.

And notice one full breath.

Then ask yourself,

What is actually happening right now?

Not in an hour.

No mañana.

¡Ahora!

A veces,
