Welcome to Day 4 of Spiritual Mornings.
Today,
You do not need to know anything.
Today,
There is no task to complete and no goal to reach.
Only one invitation to enter into silence.
Because there is a strength that does not shout.
A presence that does not need words.
A clarity that arrives when everything grows quiet.
Silence is not emptiness.
It is depth.
It is the space where what truly matters can reveal itself.
We live surrounded by noise.
Outside voices.
Constant thoughts.
Demands that never seem to stop.
And without realizing it,
We begin to forget what silence feels like.
But silence is not something you need to look for outside yourself.
It is an inner state.
It is a home that has always been there,
Waiting for you to return.
When you enter it,
Things begin to settle.
Wounds begin to soften.
Thoughts become clearer.
Sometimes you do not need an answer.
You only need a little silence in order to hear it.
Today,
We are going to practice not filling,
Not forcing,
Not fixing.
Only being.
And allowing silence to do its invisible work.
Find a posture that feels steady and comfortable.
Let your body be present but free of tension.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let go of all expectations.
Do that two more times.
Exhaling.
Entering your inner space.
Bring your attention to the space between thoughts.
Do not try to stop the mind.
Just observe and notice the moments when there is a pause.
That small pause is silence.
Breathe into it.
Allow it to expand.
Now imagine that you are in a quiet place.
Perhaps a forest.
An empty room.
A small hermitage.
Or a white and peaceful open space.
Visualize it gently.
And feel how that outer silence leads you into inner silence.
Instead of focusing on what can be heard,
Bring your attention to what is not making any sound.
Notice the silent background against which every sound appears.
Silence is there,
Holding everything.
Remain in that space for a few moments.
And if a thought arises,
Let it pass.
Return to silence as you would return home.
Now imagine that silence is a living presence.
A wise,
Loving consciousness surrounding you.
Allow it to tell you something.
Not with words,
But through a feeling.
An image.
An intuition.
Silently ask,
What do I need to remember today?
And listen.
Let that response settle into your body.
Into your heart.
Like a whisper that stays with you.
Slowly come back to your body.
Feel the points of contact beneath you.
The air against your skin.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Begin to move gently.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
And carry the echo of silence with you.
Silence is not absence.
It is bare presence.
It is the place where the soul recognizes itself without masks.
Today,
I invite you to honor that space in your life.
Even if only for one minute.
Choose one moment during the day to be completely in silence.
No phone.
No music.
No distractions.
Just you,
With yourself.
And do not try to fill it.
Just feel it.
Tell me,
How did you feel in that moment of silence?
Thank you for listening without noise.
Thank you for allowing silence to speak to you too.
Tomorrow we continue calmer and more awake.
