Welcome to Spiritual Mornings.
Today we begin a 90-day journey where each morning becomes an opportunity to connect with what truly matters,
To inhabit yourself from calm,
Faith,
Presence,
And truth.
And this very first step could only be one thing,
Waking up in the now.
Today I invite you to pause,
To become aware that you are here,
To open your eyes and also your heart.
Because this is not just about starting the day.
It is about living it with an awake soul.
The now is not a fragment of time.
It is the sacred space where everything happens.
It is so easy to live on autopilot,
To wake up already thinking about what you have to do,
What worries you,
What is missing.
But today we are going to choose a different way of being.
The now does not need to be special in order to be enough.
It needs no proof,
No promises.
It only needs you to be present.
Waking up in the now is an act of courage.
It is deciding that this very instant has value,
Even if it is quiet,
Even if nothing is happening.
Or rather,
Precisely because in that nothing,
Everything dwells.
Today we are going to breathe together,
To feel the body and to remember that we are alive.
Find a comfortable position.
You may sit upright or lie down,
Whatever feels right for you today.
Close your eyes and allow your body to begin to settle.
Take a deep breath in and exhale gently,
Releasing any tension.
Do this two more times,
Inhaling slowly,
Exhaling with a soft sigh.
Feel the weight of your body on the surface that supports you.
Feel the air coming in.
Feel the air going out.
Here your practice begins.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Feel their contact with the floor or the bed.
Feel your legs,
Your hips,
Your abdomen.
Your whole body is here.
It does not need to go anywhere.
It only needs to be.
Now bring awareness to your chest.
Notice how it rises gently with each breath.
Observe if there is any tension there.
If you find it,
Breathe toward it.
Now bring attention to your face.
Soften your forehead.
Release your jaw.
Let your shoulders drop.
Your body is waking up,
But not from hurry,
From presence.
Inhale gently through your nose.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Do it again,
And feel how the breath connects you with this exact instant.
You do not need to change anything.
Just observe your breathing.
You are here.
You are breathing.
You are alive.
If a thought arrives,
Let it pass like a cloud.
And gently,
Lovingly,
Return to the breath.
Now silently repeat these phrases inside.
This moment is enough.
I am presence.
I am awake.
Imagine the day ahead of you as an open field.
You do not know what it will bring.
And you do not need to know.
The only thing you can plant is your presence.
Take a deep breath.
And plant this intention.
Today I choose to be present.
Today I wake up in the now.
Feel how that decision roots itself inside you.
As if your soul were quietly saying,
I am here,
And that is enough.
Slowly bring your attention back to your body.
Feel your hands.
Your feet.
The temperature of the air on your skin.
Take one deep breath.
As you exhale,
Gently move your neck.
Your shoulders.
Softly open your eyes.
And for a moment,
Simply stay with whatever you are feeling.
You have begun this challenge the way everything essential begins.
In silence.
In presence.
In depth.
Never underestimate this moment.
Never underestimate the power of being awake to what is.
Today I invite you to do something simple,
Yet deeply transformative.
Throughout the day,
Choose three moments to pause.
Close your eyes,
If possible.
And quietly say to yourself,
I am here.
I am in the now.
You can do it when you first wake up.
While eating.
Or when you look up at the sky.
And when the day ends,
I would love to hear from you in the comments.
What moment today made you feel most present?
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for choosing to begin with an awake soul.
This journey is just beginning,
And it will be beautiful to walk it together with you.
