Welcome to this sleep session to get you deeply relaxed.

Please put away any distractions.

Make sure you will not be disturbed for the duration of this session.

Get nice and comfortable in your bed.

Allow all of your muscles to fall loose and limp,

Sinking into the mattress.

Take a few deep breaths in and close your eyes at any time.

Breathing.

Allow the breath to relax your body and mind.

Now I'd like for you to imagine that you are walking through a beautiful field of lush green grass.

The sky is a clear blue and the sun is shining brightly,

Warming your skin.

You can smell the air of nature all around you.

This expansive field of green is so gorgeous and you are very relaxed here.

You see in the distance,

Coming over the hill,

A beautiful white fluffy sheep.

They are walking slowly towards you and you can tell that this meadow is his home.

They walk past you,

Glancing over your way as if politely saying hello,

Slowly fading from your view.

You see another beautiful sheep come over the hill against the beautiful blue backdrop of the sky.

This sheep is very large and strong,

Walking past with pride.

This must be the leader of the pack.

His fur looks so soft as he slowly walks past you and into the distance.

Another sheep appears on the horizon as the sun is beginning to set.

The sky is slowly turning a bright yellow.

This sheep is dainty and elegant.

She has a long slender face and her fur almost sways in the breeze.

Watch as she slowly passes you by,

Almost gliding through the grass with grace.

She disappears into the distance.

Two small lambs are next to come into view.

The sky behind them has turned into dark yellow and orange.

Slowly into pink and then deep purple.

They trot through the meadow with happiness,

Both enjoying each other's company.

They pass by,

Bringing you deep feelings of comfort.

They too fade into the night time distance.

You are feeling so relaxed watching the sheep.

How many have you seen so far?

The first one.

The big and strong one.

The graceful one.

The two little ones.

You see a six sheep come over the hill.

And a seventh.

You counting them as they pass you by,

Going into the distance.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten.

The sun is being chased away by the night sky.

Twelve.

Thirteen.

The last glimmer of yellow light is fading across the horizon.

A long strand of sheep are crossing in front of you,

Slowly making their way through the soft grass.

Counting them one by one,

Letting each sheep relax you more and more.

The sky gets darker and you see the stars come out overhead.

Every moment that passes by allows for more stars to appear.

This is the most beautiful night sky you have ever seen.

As the sheep continue to lazily pass you by in the beautiful meadow,

You are becoming very sleepy and maybe have lost count.

That's okay.

Just start counting again where you remember leaving off.

Breathing slowly and rhythmically.

Allow my voice to fade and enjoy watching the endless line of soft sheep slowly walking through the meadow into the distance.

If you lose count,

That means you are getting closer to falling asleep.

Just pick up the last number you remember and count again.

The night.

The night.

The night.

The night.
