You will be able to enjoy a deep sleep, have a restful night and wake up in the morning refreshed! With the help of gentle guidance, this practice will help you to let go of the problems during the day and lets you sink to a deep state of relaxation, that will restore your inner batteries over night.

This recording is the best to be heard in the evening before going to sleep.

Allow your body to lie comfortably on your bed.

Listen inside.

Are you laying down comfortably?

Or do you want to change the way you are laying down?

Make yourself comfortable.

Let your body fully lay down comfortably.

How your body slowly relaxes and fills with gentle attention.

Breathe gently into your body.

And while exhaling,

Let the weight of your body sink more and more into your bed.

Everything is done for today.

So you don't need to think anymore.

You don't need to move your body.

You don't need to make any effort at all now.

You do not even need to keep your eyes open.

And if you want,

You do not even have to focus your attention on listening to me.

Your subconscious mind can do that for you.

And in a gentle and quiet way,

Will hear everything you need to hear.

Everything that is important to you.

Maybe you'll even fall asleep listening.

You can trust your subconscious to continue listening.

And it will find the best solutions for you while you sleep and enjoy your sweet dreams.

Let your breath flow gently.

Listen to your body breathing.

Listen to your body breathing.

Allow yourself to let the events of the day pass by.

Imagine you watch your day like a movie.

Like seeing your movie on a screen.

And you remember all that was important to you today.

Recognize all experiences as they have been made.

Recognize everything that has been the way you wanted it to be today.

Also,

Acknowledge all the people in your life who supported you today.

The known people and the strangers.

Can you feel gratitude for the riches of your life?

For the gifts of this day?

How does it feel when you consciously affirm the life you have experienced today?

Feel the abundance,

The wealth of merging your previous encounters and experiences.

And now,

See if there is something today that did not went well.

So,

What was that?

Have you been alone or with others?

Did you not act as you might have in certain situations today?

Did you have unpleasant feelings?

Just take a look at the movie screen.

Watch the movie of today and suppose there was something that did not go the way you wanted it to be.

And once again,

You have a situation.

Look at it again and in retrospect,

Watch again how you talk to yourself.

Look at the thoughts you had about this event.

What did you think and how did you act?

Can you see that your actions and thoughts contributed to the creation of the situation?

And can you accept that as a response to the events?

Are you ready to take responsibility for it even though you may not be able to see the whole context of your life?

Even if you are almost asleep,

Your subconscious mind can now take responsibility and will support you.

For example by letting your right or left hand feel heavier as before.

So it is good to take responsibility because it is possible tomorrow and the day after tomorrow to make your life even happier.

For now,

Accept that this day has gone like it has gone.

So what is the point of fighting against it now?

You cannot change anything in retrospect.

What is over is over.

So breathe deeply in and out and let it go.

And maybe you can see that you and all the other people in your life today all done their best.

And I ask you,

Can you forgive yourself and the others?

Can you release a grudge or regret?

And even more,

While you are exhaling,

Imagine that there is a beautiful warm ocean of silence that you dive deep down.

Your superficial thoughts may still be producing some bubbles,

But the bubbles get smaller and smaller.

No matter what,

You can now allow yourself to dive into the sea of silence every time you exhale.

You do not have to do anything for it.

Just let it happen.

Just leave the world behind.

Arrive at home.

You deserve this peace.

Allow your subconscious mind to heal your body and mind during the night and at the same time easily and happily learn in the beneficial deep sleep phases.

Now give your subconscious mind the task in your sleep to learn and search for even better solutions and to relax at the same time.

And as you hear this,

You can feel a warm,

Nourishing,

Peaceful life force gently spread throughout your body.

A warm wave of peace that brings you home.

Maybe you are already dreaming a bit.

And maybe you are ready to make an important and positive choice in this pleasant state of limbo in between the options.

Choose to be happy.

Feel now with each exhale you release all narrowness,

Negative thoughts and energies.

Feel now how they dissolve.

With every inhalation more and more peace and light streams into you.

With every exhale you let go of everything that has just put a strain on you.

You feel more and more free.

It may be that you feel that all existence loves you and protects you.

You feel a soothing,

Healing peace throughout your body.

Everything becomes easy and you sink deeper.

You let go even more.

Your subconscious mind can now choose the right things for you.

You don't have to do anything now.

The only thing you have to do is to trust your body,

Your mind,

Your soul and life.

And love all this.

You can now choose to do in your life only that which serves your consciousness and the consciousness of others,

Which supports the good of all beings.

And as you inhale gently a warm surge of self-love and healing spreads within you.

You feel now how the universe protects you.

And you feel how it supports your personal blossom and growth.

And if you like you choose to be guided by the highest truth of life.

Life can provide you with important insights overnight while you sleep deeply.

Enjoy this peaceful state you're in right now.

Trust that everything is good.

That everything is gonna be right.

And if you like that one of your most important wishes from the bottom of your heart showing up in front of your inner eye.

What is it that you wish to come true?

Then imagine for a moment that this wish has already come true.

How does that feel?

Feel the vibration of fulfillment and trust that this desire will work on its own in your dream consciousness.

Like a seed that you have just planted deep in your heart.

Take another gentle deep breath.

Enjoy to observe yourself calming down more and more.

Imagine one of your most important relationships.

A person who is very important to you.

See how you and the others are happy in this regard.

Allow yourself to feel that in the coming days you will even be wiser,

Braver and more loving in this relationship.

And now it's time to let go.

Enjoy that you do not have to think or do anything anymore.

Open yourself to a deep soothing sleep that heals you on all levels.

You are satisfied because you realize that you are already complete,

Free and fulfilled right here and now.

And you relax even deeper into you now.

You feel your yes to life.

You sink into a deep and restful sleep as your subconscious opens to healing,

Wisdom and new insights.

You can let go now.

You will wake up fresh,

Invigorated and joyful in the morning.

And now allow yourself to let go.

Feel your openness,

Your own wonder.

Feel well and good inside you.

Realize that life is on your side.

It always supports you.

You trust life.

You trust yourself.

You open yourself to miracles.

You open yourself for luck.

Your feet and legs can relax even more.

Your wave of peace and healing streams through you.

Your hands and arms let go.

They float away as you exhale.

They sink deeper and deeper into you.

You sink into deep confidence.

You are one with life.

You feel your buttocks,

Your pelvis,

Your genitals.

Everything will exist more and float away.

Your back,

Your stomach,

Your chest.

Everything opens.

Everything relaxes deeply.

Your subconscious will open tonight a deep healing and strengthening for love.

Breathe,

Let go.

Your thoughts can let go now.

You sink into the present,

The silence,

The vastness of your soul.

Your deep restful sleep.

In the morning you will be refreshed and vigorously awake.
