I was scared to upload a project. I have been sitting on this for months. Starting yesterday, I am sitting with myself and not running away from the feelings of inadequacy, fear, etc. During this guided meditation, I heard from my child self. When I asked her what was the first step, she looked at me and very matter-of-factly said, "Turn on the phone." I had to laugh. She named some very easy, logical, basic steps after that. Ya gotta smile! Thank you - Im feeling a bit freer after this. <3
