I invite you to listen to this Inner Child Forgiveness Blessing Meditation and really allow yourself to connect with that deep sense of calm and relaxation as you release any negative emotions that no longer serve you.

And I invite you to listen to this every night and any time that you feel a little sad,

Upset or frustrated,

Not really sure exactly why you're experiencing these feelings in your body,

But recognizing that it might be your inner child that is asking for a little loving support.

And in that moment,

For you to settle back,

Relax,

And simply listen and see where your subconscious mind guides you and where your awareness comes to show you exactly what you need to know.

So I invite you now to close your eyes and relax.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises that may arise to help you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

There is nothing to do and nothing to think about.

We are simply breathing,

Relaxing and letting go.

With each deep slow breath,

You are sinking deeper and deeper into a state of deep relaxation.

And soon I will guide you into a deeper state of inner peace,

Calm and relaxation.

As you let go of any negative emotions,

Any negative thoughts,

Feelings or beliefs that no longer serve you.

Taking another deep slow breath,

And notice how your body loosens and relaxes,

Deeper and deeper.

With each deep slow breath,

Notice how your body is relaxing and the muscles of your face are relaxing.

As you sink deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation,

That's right,

Feel how your body is sinking deeper and deeper into the couch or bed where you are resting,

Allowing your breath to guide you deeper and deeper into a state of calm,

Peace and serenity.

You are doing an amazing job.

Notice how the muscles of your neck are relaxing.

Simply by breathing and letting go,

And you feel so relaxed now that your entire body is loosening deeper and deeper.

With each slow breath,

Your body is becoming loose,

Limber and relaxed.

And each slow breath becomes more easy and effortless as your body sinks deeper and deeper into complete relaxation.

I invite you now to imagine that you are at the water's edge,

Completely peaceful,

Calm and relaxed.

Imagine the water is gently caressing your feet,

Letting go of any negative emotions that you may have experienced today.

Noticing how with each deep slow breath,

Simply the caress of the water and the sound of the water's waves crashing against the beach helps you release and relax and let go as you connect deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Notice how your body is sinking deeper and deeper.

And now I will count to five and take you even deeper as we connect with your inner child.

One,

You are completely relaxed and peaceful.

Two,

Your breath is helping you connect deeper and deeper into a state of calm.

Three,

You feel completely relaxed and peaceful.

Four,

You are so relaxed,

So peaceful and so open to see what visions may come to you.

Five,

I invite you now to imagine that you are in your childhood neighborhood right now.

This is you,

Your little child between the ages of three and five years old.

That's right.

Simply breathe,

Relax and let go and allow your mind to guide you there.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises that may arise to help you sink deeper and deeper as you connect with this complete relaxation session.

Imagine that you are in your childhood neighborhood.

You are outside,

Feeling completely peaceful,

Calm and relaxed.

You are surrounded by trees and houses.

As you walk slowly towards your childhood home,

I invite you now to notice the colors of the trees,

The colors of the grass.

Are there any little creatures flying?

Are there any birds?

Maybe you see crickets or lizards or any butterflies.

Really connect deeper and deeper with this visualization.

With each deep slow breath,

Your visions become more bright,

Brilliant and vivid in your mind.

With each deep slow breath,

You are taking slow steps towards that childhood home,

Feeling completely safe,

Peaceful and relaxed.

With each breath and each step,

You are getting closer to this house,

This childhood home and your body is completely relaxed,

Completely peaceful and tranquil.

As you simply rest and relax in this moment.

You are so relaxed now that your mind is clear and the visualization is so easy for you.

That's right,

It is so easy.

You can see all the colors vividly of your childhood home,

The trees around you.

Maybe you see neighbors outside,

Playing in the yard.

They are not aware that you are there,

But you can see them clearly.

Doing exactly what they did back then when you were 3 to 5 years old.

You are slowly approaching the door of your childhood home.

You see everything vividly around you.

The house looks exactly as you remember and the neighbors are exactly as you remember too.

They may not see you,

But you see them clearly.

You see exactly what your mind wants to show you.

And that is perfectly fine.

I invite you now to knock on the door or ring the doorbell.

With each deep slow breath you become more and more relaxed.

More connected with this inner sense of calm as that door slowly begins to open.

Is it opening so slowly that you sink deeper and deeper into a state of complete relaxation.

And as that door slowly opens,

You become excited to see who will open that door.

And you see a small hand on the handle of that door slowly opening.

And suddenly a little face appears before you.

The face of a little child begins to smile at you with this bright,

Brilliant,

Beautiful smile.

When they see you,

They recognize you.

And their smile brings them a great sense of joy,

Peace and relaxation.

And you see those emotions and feel them in your body as well.

And suddenly you recognize that that little adorable face,

That is you.

Your inner child is here to greet you.

Your inner child is here to greet you into this childhood home.

You feel a smile creeping up on your face as well as you recognize that this is you.

This is your inner child.

It is you when you were three to five years old.

And a smile instantly creeps up on your face.

That adorable little face is really bringing you a deep sense of joy.

As you slowly start to enter the home,

Your childhood home.

Feeling a little bit excited for this special visit,

I invite you to grab the hand of your inner child and walk through the house.

It looks exactly as it did when you were a child.

It is so quiet in this house as you walk through.

You see all the furniture and decorations exactly as they were when you were a child.

You can even smell the house,

Smell the scents of that house.

Maybe it's food cooking,

The scent of dinner is coming into your nose or the scent of a clean house after your family cleaned and cleansed the area.

Whatever smell that comes to you is perfect.

Allow that scent to penetrate your body and connect you deeper and deeper with your inner child.

And now I invite you to go with your child to that safe space you used to enjoy so much as a little child.

Maybe it is your bedroom or a special hiding spot.

Whatever that special place may be,

You can see it.

Allow your mind to guide you there as you see that space,

Sense it and feel it.

Your inner child invites you to sit down in that special place with him or her.

You feel so relaxed and so peaceful in this moment.

As happy,

Healthy emotions and hormones begin to flow easily throughout your body,

You feel so relaxed and calm as you settle down and face your inner child.

You are sitting comfortably facing your inner child and I invite you now to hold hands and take a deep,

Slow breath and feel a deep state of relaxation unfold within you.

I invite you now to tell your inner child exactly how proud and inspired you are of everything that he or she has accomplished up until now.

It's okay if tears may run to your eyes or some emotions may shift.

Allow it to take you there.

Really appreciate your inner child for everything that you have accomplished in the next few minutes Leave a brief silence for you to connect even deeper and recite some kind words.

Really share your deepest love and appreciation for everything that he or she has achieved.

And in these moments of silence,

I want you to continue to share these powerful words with your inner child.

You did an amazing job and your inner child is so happy,

Feels so appreciated and loved with everything that you said.

And each time that you practice this,

You may get a little bit deeper and feel more emotions or feel more joy as you truly appreciate your inner child for everything that he or she has supported you in.

Now I invite you to recite these powerful words in your mind or out loud.

That's right.

And when you recite these words,

You will ingrain even deeper into your subconscious mind and help you connect deeper and deeper with that sense of calm.

Feel the words in your body.

Sense the power of the words around your body and really allow them to sink into your subconscious mind.

You can recite these words out loud or in your mind to your inner child as you continue to hold his or her hand with loving and support in your heart.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you deeply.

I am so sorry for making you feel unsafe,

Insecure,

Or insignificant.

I am sorry if I put the needs of others before you and before your needs.

I am sorry if I didn't recognize your intuition and sense when people were toxic for us.

I am sorry I didn't hold the boundaries that you needed to thrive.

I am sorry that my relationships with toxic people got in the way of your uniqueness and your greatness.

Please forgive me.

I truly love you deeply and from this day forward,

I will honor your boundaries.

I will recognize your intuition.

I will embrace your intuitive thoughts and take appropriate action.

I will continue to take action when my intuition tells me that you are uncomfortable.

Thank you for keeping me aware of all those triggers,

Challenges,

And obstacles that require my attention.

Thank you for making me aware that it is time to take action and love you deeper.

I promise I will use my awareness to breathe deeply in the moment.

I promise to feel the shifts of my emotions in my body deeply and recognize them.

I promise I will have more fun every day to help you thrive,

Connecting with those fun activities that you used to enjoy and those that I enjoy now that help me connect with you even deeper.

I promise I will live my uniqueness.

I promise that I will live the dream,

Love the dream,

And have the dream.

I will live your dream and love every moment of it because I honor you in the process and feel great.

Thank you.

I love you.

And all of these powerful words are within me.

And I invite you now to take in a deep,

Slow breath and feel those words sinking in a little bit deeper,

Deeper into your subconscious,

The deeper sense of calm,

Peace,

And relaxation.

Penetrate deeper into your body and your subconscious mind.

Feel it.

Taste it.

Know it.

Believe it.

This simple practice has served you deeply.

You feel it in your subconscious mind.

You feel amazing.

And each deep,

Slow breath helps it sink deeper and deeper.

And now I invite you to hug your pillow or your inner child's toy.

Or you can also practice a self-love hug.

You really feel these emotions of joy and happiness and support and safety within your body.

And this gentle hug and supportive sensation helps you connect with these feelings even deeper.

And anytime you want to feel more supported and loved by yourself and love and support your inner child,

All you need to do is simply hug yourself in a self-love hug or cuddle with that little toy or pillow and really allow it to penetrate into your subconscious.

That's right.

That simple cuddle helps you connect with all of those powerful words you just felt today.

All these powerful words you told your inner child a moment ago.

They penetrate deeper into your subconscious and you feel so good.

You did an amazing job today giving yourself a deep self-love session.

And you and your inner child feel safe,

Peaceful,

Calm and supported.

You feel so good.

You are completely tranquil,

Peaceful and relaxed.

And anytime you want to connect with these feelings again,

All you need to do is take a little break.

A restful break.

Lay down,

Relax and listen to this audio.

Notice how easily your inner child feels safe and supported again.

That's right.

And in those times that you may not have quite as much time and you need to really settle down deeper,

You can simply practice that self-love hug and take in some deep,

Slow breaths and do a brief imagination of you saying powerful words to your inner child and notice how easily you relax.

You feel energized,

Peaceful and calm now.

Your inner child is calm,

Peaceful and relaxed.

And you know that you are here to support him or her deeply.

And now as I count to five,

You will slowly awaken feeling completely energized and supported by this practice.

One.

Each deep,

Slow breath you take helps you feel peaceful,

Calm and relaxed.

Two.

Every snuggle and cuddle or self-love hug helps you connect with that deep sense of safety and security.

Three.

You are energized and vibrant in your body.

Four.

You feel fantastic.

Five.

You can open your eyes now and go to enjoy your day feeling energized,

Vibrant and alive.

Or,

If you choose to use this meditation for sleep,

You will sink deeper and deeper into sleep,

Feeling so peaceful,

Calm and relaxed simply by breathing,

Relaxing and letting go.

A relaxing and peaceful dream will enter your mind and help you drift deeper and deeper into sleep.

And your inner child will feel safe and supported in a dream from your past.

A fun and relaxing scene.

Maybe it was your favorite place in the past.

And your dreams will take you there even deeper into a sense of joy,

Happiness and relaxation.

And as you sleep deeply,

All those self-loving practices and self-loving words will penetrate even deeper into your subconscious.

And this simple practice is so easy for you to support your inner child.

When you awaken after a restful night's sleep,

Your awareness and action become so powerful and easy for you.

Each day,

It becomes easier and easier for you to love yourself.

And for now,

I want you to drift deeper and deeper into that dream,

That peaceful dream that will take you to a fun and invigorating place from your childhood.

Remember that you have it.

You love this dream.

You live this dream.

This is your dream.

So go ahead and drift off to sleep.
