This practice will last around 15 minutes, but feel free to make it longer if it feels good for you. The aim of this exercise is to help us reconnect with ourselves, finding refuge in Mother Nature during those days in which we feel that nothing works for us.

The name of this meditation is Compassionate Reconnection Touching Earth and it will last around 15 minutes,

But feel free to make it longer if it feels good for you.

The aim of this exercise is to help us reconnect with ourselves and Mother Nature during those days in which we feel that nothing works for us.

This meditation can be done cross-legged or you can sit on your knees with your feet resting flat on the floor with the soles turned upwards while supporting your glutes.

In any case,

Keep a straight posture and your spine upright.

Whenever you are ready,

Close your eyes if that is comfortable for you.

If not,

You can let them a little bit open,

Finding a spot on the floor to focus on.

Bring awareness to your body.

Notice your posture and the sensations taking place there.

Connect with your breathing.

Take three deep,

Relaxing breaths.

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Let it be easy.

Let it flow.

Let it flow.

Let it flow.

Now put a hand in the heart region or in any other place that you feel is your center.

It can be your upper belly or your lower belly or any other region you consider your center.

Feel the connection of your hand with this area.

Feel the connection of your body with this area.

With each breath,

The connection with your center becomes stronger,

Clearer.

Now bring to your mind's eye the most beautiful place in nature you can imagine.

Select a place that resonates with you.

This can be a peaceful forest or a place near the sea or a beautiful waterfall or perhaps a mountain.

In this place,

You feel safe and at home.

Once you are there,

Take a moment to feel it.

The aroma of the surroundings,

The sounds,

The tranquility.

Let it flow.

Let it flow.

Let it flow.

Breathing in,

You allow the air of this place to flow.

The air of this place to fill your lungs,

Your whole body,

Reaching your center.

Let it flow.

Let it flow.

Breathing in,

You feel the energy of peace permeating your body,

Touching each cell and with it you can feel the power of nature embracing each part of you without discrimination,

Protecting you inside out.
