Feel the breath flowing naturally in and out of your body.
Feel the natural pace of your body's own rhythm reflected in your breath.
And as you feel yourself breathing naturally in and out,
Imagine your breath flowing in and out through your heart,
Through the area in your chest of your physical heart.
And as your breath flows naturally in and out,
Place your hands over your heart.
And as you breathe in and out through your heart,
Tap lightly with your fingertips on your skin using the hand closest to your chest.
Tap lightly with your fingertips and with the other hand,
Tap lightly on the area between your eyebrows,
Feeling your breath going effortlessly in and out through your heart.
Fingertips of one hand tapping between your eyebrows,
Fingertips of the other hand tapping your heart.
Affirm these words with me.
I effortlessly release any and every obstacle to my inner peace.
I now embrace inner peace and I release anything and everything that stands between me and inner peace.
Stop tapping,
Relax your hands,
Feel your breath going effortlessly in and out through your heart.
And slow your breathing down to six seconds per in-breath and six seconds per out-breath.
Breathing in six seconds through your heart,
Breathing out six seconds through your heart.
Relax your tongue and let it fall to the floor of your mouth.
Picture a big empty space behind your eyes and notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth.
Feel your breath flowing in and out through your heart.
Six second in-breaths and six second out-breaths.
Tongue relaxed on the floor of your mouth.
Big empty space behind your eyes.
Feel your breath flowing easily in and out through your heart.
Six second in-breaths,
Six second out-breaths.
Notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth.
Notice the big empty space behind your eyes.
And as you notice how relaxed you are,
Feel yourself as a local mind,
As an individual mind,
As a mind in the here and now.
And now affirm with me,
I have a mind in the here and now.
I have a mind in the present moment.
And I am also one with universal mind.
And I am also one with a mind beyond my body,
With a mind beyond the present moment,
With a mind beyond my local mind.
And even though I cherish my local mind,
I choose to attune my local mind with the non-local mind of the universe.
I am now one with the non-local mind of the universe.
I think its thoughts.
I feel its feelings.
I attune to its wisdom.
I sense its energy field.
I am now one with non-local mind.
And my local mind in the here and now is now one with non-local mind in the infinite.
I think the thoughts of non-local mind.
I have the perspective of the infinite.
I raise my vision from my local reality to the perspective of non-local mind.
I see me and I see my life as non-local mind sees me,
As whole,
Perfect and complete.
I hold myself as non-local mind holds me,
As whole,
Perfect and complete.
I see who I am as non-local mind sees me,
As the highest possible version of who I can be.
I align my local mind with non-local reality.
And I take the perspective of universal mind far beyond the limits of my local mind and my local body.
I now align my life with non-local mind.
Now take your fingertips and tap lightly on your heart area.
With your other hand,
Tap between your eyebrows and affirm with me.
I now anchor the consciousness of non-local mind in my local reality.
I now anchor the highest possible version of me in the here and now.
I see myself as non-local mind sees me and I act as if I am that person in this moment and always.
Stop tapping,
Relax your hands.
Feel your breath.
Feel your hands and feet.
And with the next three breaths,
Prepare to return your consciousness to the world around you,
To the here and now.
With the third breath,
Gently open your eyes,
Look around you with a soft gaze.
Look at your hands.
Look at your feet.
And give thanks that you are this miracle of consciousness.
A local mind,
A local body,
A local heart.
And yet every moment you choose,
You can align your consciousness with non-local mind and create,
Believe and see from that perspective.
Thank you.
