Your Deepest Desire
In this session you will learn about the soul’s desire for wholeness and connection with God, self and others and how this desire leads into Centering Prayer. Identifying and listening to this desire is at the heart of all true transformation. You will experience a practice of sinking in to this desire. You will notice as you give it your attention it strengthens within you. Tomorrow we will discuss the origin and history of Centering Prayer.
Lección 2
History of Centering Prayer
In this session you will gain an understanding of the history of Centering Prayer and how it has come to be an integral Contemplative Christian Spiritual discipline for us today. As we explore how this practice has been a part of the Christian journey of transformation will help you receive and believe how it will serve you today. Tomorrow in Day 3 we will unpack the depth of Centering Prayer and how it differs from meditation.
Lección 3
Further Into The Deep With Centering Prayer
In this session as we unpack the depth of Centering Prayer you will expand your understanding of how it is both relationship and prayer discipline, resting in God and God resting within. This relationship is the source of Love and authentic transformation that lasts a lifetime. Tomorrow in Day 4 I will share the importance of preparing for prayer and the 4 Guidelines that are the foundational steps or movements of Centering Prayer. You will grow in your understanding of them in their profound simplicity and how they move you into your practice.
Lección 4
Preparing for Prayer & The 4 Guidelines
In today’s session I will share preparing for prayer, the Four Guidelines of Centering Prayer and choosing a sacred word. Deepening your understanding will help foster your commitment and incorporate Centering Prayer into your life on a daily basis. Tomorrow I will unpack the second guideline.
Lección 5
The Second Guideline
In today’s session I will unpack Guideline two. Again, quite simple, yet profound when practiced. As all the guidelines help to ground us in our Centering Prayer practice. The Guidelines are not hard and fast rules, rather the way that leads to transformation as we return to resting in God through Centering Prayer. Tomorrow I will unpack the third guideline.
Lección 6
The Foundation of Centering Prayer
In today’s session, I will unpack the Guidelines three and four which in a way, is the anchor principle of Centering Prayer.It often raises the most questions, but inevitably helps to foster the work of transformation. Tomorrow I will present what’s called the 4 R’s of Centering Prayer which are extremely helpful in understanding the process of consent and letting go.
Lección 7
Reverse Engineering
In today’s session, after a quick review of the Four Guidelines of Centering Prayer I will share with you the 4 R’s which lead you into understanding how to handle thoughts during a prayer session. A good number of your questions about what’re ‘doing’ during prayer may be addressed today. Tomorrow I will be guiding you through an actual Centering Prayer session. Due to the length of this course, the prayer will be shortened, yet still effective in putting into practice all you’ve learned up to this point.
Lección 8
Let Us Pray
Today’s session is all about the practical experience of Centering Prayer as I guide you through a complete yet shortened prayer time. You are participating in your own transformation by simply showing up to God in this prayer. The rest up is to God. Tomorrow I will help you debrief from your prayer time today. I’ll talk about what to expect and what not to expect as you incorporate Centering Prayer into your life.

Clearing Up The Questions
Today I will address the ten most common questions I hear regularly and offer answers to shed more light on this practice. As you continue to participate in your commitment to Centering Prayer, you can trust transformation is happening in you and through you. Tomorrow on the tenth and last day of this course, I will discuss the power of consent and offer you further instruction, encouragement and resources that will be a helpful support as you are well on your way to transforming your life through Centering Prayer.

What’s It All About?
Congratulations on your final day of this course. Today, I will discuss the far reaching impact of the power of consent sometimes described as letting go and letting God. As you continue in your daily practice, your desire and understanding will grow, your connection with God, yourself and others will deepen and you will transform your life through Centering Prayer.
