It is time.

It is time to receive and to deepen your connection with God,

With your true self and others.

This deeper connection is your path to the peace that surpasses understanding.

To inner freedom and purpose.

So now sit in a comfortable yet attentive position,

Feeling your feet resting on the floor.

Your hands resting on your lap.

On your back resting comfortably against the chair.

Or if you choose,

You may sit on a meditation cushion.

What matters most is the position of your mind,

Your heart and soul.

Let them be open and willing to receive.

A willing spirit is your gift to God and to yourself.

The source of life and transformation,

Of healing,

Of peace,

Joy and love is here,

Present and accessible for each and every one of us.

May you receive this prayer from the heart of God to yours.

May today you know the peace that surpasses all understanding rests within you.

May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be in this moment.

May you always remember the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.

May you remember the gift that is your life.

May you recognize the beautiful gifts that have been given to you.

May you willingly receive.

May you use these gifts for your good and the good of others.

May you pass on the love that pours into you and through you.

May you be content knowing you are a child of the living God.

Therefore let nothing disturb you or unsettle you.

Let nothing take away your peace.

Let nothing frighten you and take you off this path.

For all things,

All circumstances are passing away.

For God never changes.

Patience obtains all things.

Whoever has God has love.

Whoever has God lacks nothing.

For God alone is enough.

Now let this presence rise.

And allow your soul the freedom to sing,

To dance,

To praise and love.

Let it be so.

Let it be now.

Let it be.
