Welcome.
My name is Erin,
And I use my voice to create sounds and frequencies that align you to your core truth,
Refrequency the energy and vibration of your cellular structure,
Body and being,
Calm the nervous system and rewire frequencies in the brain.
There is a quote by Jamie Anderson that says,
Grief,
I have learned,
Is really just love.
It's all the love you want to give,
But cannot.
All of that unspent love gathers in the corners of your eyes,
The lump in your throat,
And in the hollow part of your chest.
Grief is just love with no place to go.
The world can seem like an overwhelming place.
And at the moment,
Humans are grieving so much.
We are grieving the loss of our way of life that we used to know.
We're grieving the change of a reality from one to another.
And some of us are grieving more personal losses of loved ones or friends or jobs or homes or things that we've relied on for our stability and our income.
At any given point in life,
There is something we are grieving,
Something we are letting go of.
The quote I read at the beginning is so beautiful because it perfectly encapsulates how grief is the desires of our own hearts,
The heaviness we often feel when we cannot express what sits inside of us,
The unmoved energetic density that feels it has nowhere to go,
The gaping hole we feel when we want to connect or give love in a certain way with a certain person and we cannot,
The hole we feel in our lives when something is gone that we used to rely upon or connect with on a regular basis.
This meditation and frequency transmission is to clear any stagnancy,
Any residual sadness being held in the body that wishes to move and to support the filling up of that gaping hole that we often feel when we are grieving or letting go.
This is to support the grief process to hold you exactly where you are giving thanks and honoring to that which you are grieving for the magnificent impact this thing,
This person,
This place,
This way of life has had on you because you would not be grieving it if you had not loved so fully.
The last quote I will read before we go into the frequency transmission is from the Kalal Jibrean poem,
On Joy and Sorrow.
He says,
Your joy is your sorrow unmasked,
And the selfsame well from which your laughter arises was oftentimes filled with your tears.
And how else could it be?
The deeper your sorrow carves into your being,
The more joy you can contain.
Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven?
And is not the lute that soothes your spirit,
The very wood that was hallowed with knives?
When you are joyous,
Look deep into your heart,
And you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy.
When you are sorrowful,
Look again in your heart,
And you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.
Now I invite you to close your eyes and allow yourself to simply relax and receive from this toning transmission.
