She shares this multi-faceted practice in the Hamptons with her husband Corey De Rosa at Tapovana Healing Center and at Yoga Shanti and privately in NYC, where she grew up. She is grateful for all of her teachers including Tim MIller and Eddie Stern. Her classes include some theory, philosophy, breath work and purposeful movement (including core and back strengthening.)
