Eric was first introduced to yoga as a new way to stay in shape in 2008, after several years in the weight room, but soon found that yoga had so much more to offer than the physical benefits. As he began to practice more regularly, he found that his way of dealing with the world shifted, and felt a calling to share this path to happiness with others. Over the last few years, Eric's focus has shifted more and more towards the inner work of meditation, and learning how to apply that to life as a whole. Training and certifications: E-RYT-200, YACEP.
