Many people want to meditate but they get discouraged because find challenging to stay focused on their breaths or similar. One way to successfully tame our minds is slowly and patiently exercising our connection with the breath during short periods of time (~2min), several times a day (3 to 5), and increasing the duration of the meditation each week. The mind is like any muscle in the body and needs to start slowly, think that you will not start lifting 100 kg the first day you go to the gym.
