Fáilte go crúach fádraig.

Welcome to Crowpatrick.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and a long steady exhale through the mouth.

Let yourself arrive.

Feel the cool air,

The open space.

The quiet strength of the mountain all around you.

A place to pause,

To reflect,

To release stress.

As you breathe,

Sense the steadiness beneath your feet.

The mountain earth holding you.

Each inhale draws in fresh air from the Atlantic Ocean.

Each exhale softens something deep inside you.

Begin to steady your breath.

Inhaling to a gentle count of 4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale for a slow count of 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and again inhale and exhale 2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

Inhale and exhale.

With every exhale let the weight you're carrying fall to the ground.

Shoulders soften,

Jaw relaxes,

The breath slows to match the rhythm of this land.

Soft,

Unhurried,

Alive.

If thoughts drift by,

Let them pass like clouds,

Not needing to be chased or changed.

Bring your awareness now to your feet.

Notice the firmness of the mountain beneath them.

Stone,

Gravel,

Earth,

Feel the contact,

The texture,

The steady support.

Let that awareness rise slowly up through your body,

Through the legs,

The hips,

The chest,

The shoulders,

The face.

The mountain supports you exactly as you are.

Nothing to fix or force,

Just you,

Your breath and your body.

Now imagining that with every breath out,

You release the stress you've been holding onto.

Bringing a sigh or a sound as you exhale.

With every breath in,

You draw calm and strength from the mountain itself.

From the stone,

The soil,

And the sky.

Picture golden roots spread from your feet anchoring into the earth.

And to finish,

Let the breath become natural again,

Soft and effortless.

Notice the quiet that's opened within you,

Like the still air before the rain.

Feel that steadiness spread through your body.

The same steadiness that has always lived here on this mountain.

Let one last deep breath in fill you with calm.

And as you exhale,

Release the last of what's not yours to carry.
