When I talk to people about vibration and frequency it really isn't unusual to see their eyes just glaze over and that's understandable because it can sound pretty abstract or even a bit out there.
So in this episode I'm going to simplify the concept and also demonstrate an easy step-by-step process which will show you how to switch frequencies and quantum leap to a higher reality.
Now I'd like you to think of your current reality as a frequency like a radio station.
I'll try and break that down for you.
Now you can't hear what's playing on say 101.
5 FM if you're still tuned to 88.

The fact is the music on 101.
5 is always broadcasting.
You just can't pick it up until you retune your dial.
That's what a quantum leap really is.
It's all about tuning your own energy to a new frequency so you can experience a different reality that's already right here right now all around you.
You simply haven't been vibrating at the right frequency to notice it or it to notice you.
So how do you tune yourself into that higher frequency?
Well to help you out I'm going to give you five simple steps that you can start using right now.
Step number one I'd like you to get clear on your desired reality because before anything shifts you need to know where you want to shift to.
A bit like programming the sat-nav on the car.
It's important to get specific about the version of you that you're becoming.
Is it the calm,
Confident and abundant you?
Maybe the creative,
Purposeful,
Inspired you?
Perhaps it's a combination of all of those.
And this next bit is really important.
Don't just think about what you want.
Feel what it's like to already have it.
Now I know what you're saying.
Yes I've heard all that before from the secret or Neville Goddard.
But that's because it's true.
For example how would that version of you behave?
How would it interact?
How would it move through the day?
That type of emotional clarity acts like a beacon.
The more vividly and viscerally you feel it the faster the energy locks on to that new frequency and you lock on to it.
Step number two.
Observe your current state.
By that I mean take notice to how you're currently showing up.
How do you think?
How do you speak?
How do you react to life?
Are your thoughts and your emotions in alignment with that future version of you?
Or are they tuned into lack,
Fear or frustration?
Now don't confuse this with like judging yourself.
This is really about your awareness.
Awareness of how your habits and patterns help you change your life.
And you can't change what you don't recognize.
So remember pay attention to your emotions because they're vibration and frequency too.
In fact emotions are quite literally energy and motion.
You probably heard that statement before.
In fact they're messengers.
Even the uncomfortable ones.
They're showing you where you need to shift and make changes in your life.
Now when you start to respond to your energy instead of reacting you begin to take your power back.
Let's look at step three.
Embodying the new frequency now.
Ask yourself how would the future me think,
Feel and respond in this moment to this situation?
Then once you've done that start living from that state.
Now it might be as simple as I don't know carrying yourself in a more confident way.
Speaking more kindly to yourself and to others.
Or handling stress with calm rather than freaking out or panicking.
Notice your habits too.
Those little things.
Would the future you rush or overthink or get frustrated?
Probably not.
So every time you decide from that higher identity your subconscious mind rewires itself.
New neurons start firing off.
New pathways are formed.
New habits are created.
And then pretty soon it's well it's no longer pretending.
It's actually who you are.
Then the change has taken place.
Step four.
Hold the vibration even when it seems nothing seems to be happening.
And this is the tricky bit because there's always a period where the outside world hasn't quite yet caught up with your inner change.
That's what I call the quantum gap.
And this is where most people tend to just give up.
They say things like,
See nothing's changed.
Or I knew it wouldn't work.
And slip back into their old patterns again.
But here's the thing.
Your energy is already shifting.
The outer world just needs a little bit of time to rearrange itself and catch up.
So the advice is keep holding that higher vibration of trust and faith.
And every time you stay aligned with that new version of you,
Instead of giving in to doubt,
You're anchoring that higher frequency more deeply.
And eventually,
Well eventually reality has no choice but to to join you.
It's the law.
It has to.
And finally,
Step number five.
Surrender and allow.
This is the final puzzle piece and probably the most difficult.
Because this is where you have to let go of control.
This is where you stop chasing outcomes or micromanaging how things have to unfold.
When you've tuned your energy to the new frequency,
Your only job then is to allow and let it be.
It's like sending out a signal into the universe.
You don't keep resending it every minute.
You just trust that it's being received.
And that's when synchronicities,
Opportunities and doors open and surprises start showing up.
Because you stopped pushing and you started allowing and aligning.
So those are the five steps.
But let's see if we can simplify it a little bit more.
Let me use this analogy.
I'd like you to imagine that you're standing on the edge of a misty valley.
Beyond that mist lies the life that you really want.
A life that already exists,
But in a higher frequency.
Now you might not see the whole path yet,
And that's okay.
The mist only begins to clear once you take the first step.
As your energy shifts and you begin to trust in the process,
The way forward starts to reveal itself.
Now you don't need to see the entire journey laid out across the whole valley.
Just take one conscious step at a time.
Because small shifts in energy lead to massive shifts in reality.
And that's what it means to quantum leap.
So start living the reality that you've been envisioning.
